Imagine a mod that you enter server secretly and become a mask player, like, you could become a masked player, but you could normally grab items, scrap, and even weapons, the only difference is that you could lift your arms and attack other players by clicking a key, and you have a mask on your face

Like, you could grab a radio and say: "Yo can you teleport me? I dont think i am safe here"

and if they believe, they would teleport me, i look at them and i say with a demonic voice changer: "YO BRODDA, TIME TO DIE MUAUAHAHAHAHAHAHA" And beat the crap of every single one in there, maybe with a shovel or a shotgun

Is there any mod like this that put a mask on your face and with a turn on/off key you lift your arms to kill like the masked do?

My mod has putting the mask on and raising your arms in the roadmap if you want to wait for that. Will take a while though since I'm trying to wrap up the current release with networking today.

Well, it'd break other parts of my mod so I personally won't be doing that in my mod.
As for whether it is possible, the visuals technically might be possible

Behaviour of actually killing though, I don't think that can happen on host only - though there might be a way that I'm missing

is there a mod that when you install it, you can go to any modded server and the mods get already installed for you, and when you exit the server, you can choose to stay with the mods or delete them
