Nevermind I seem to have discovered the issue. Sometimes when I upload the .zip to thunderstore, when its downloaded it has removed the internal folder structure
Ill upload a hotfix and see if that fixes it

For the moment it does work when manually downloaded, the issue does seem to be with the thudnerstore modmanager download
