Add a Bunch More Soundboard Sounds

There's like 3 or 4 atm while the game has a ton of sound files that would work really nicely as a soundboard sfx.

If need be, I could upload the sound files here to make it easier.

@shrewd otter Also, what would be the point of these? Most of them are just loud, plus the fact that majority of people I've seen deafen while in game

1. They're iconic, recognizable (most of them anyway)
2. You can set the loudness of each one when adding a new sound
3. They can use it when they're not deafened
4. Having these here will also allow every single nitro user to use these anywhere, privately or otherwise

there's a bunch of sounds that can easily be used in various VC moments

Sure, we can add some of these. Exceptions apply to some of the loud / potentially obnoxious ones, of course.
