Preferably with the option for the host to choose what they wish that timer to be in the config file.

Sure there will be situations where you might want to pull it right away, for example if you go to an Eclipsed planet by accident or you're playing Brutal Company and it's a pretty bad event, but arguably you could just... Not use the mod, if you have those concerns. I think it would still be useful for others, otherwise.

Maybe there can be an override for the host to pull it sooner, as needed.

was making a mod for that
the only issue is that once the person pulls the lever, and the mod cancel it
they can't pull it again

I need to somehow synchronize to the client that pulled the lever that it is interactable again
