If you are running other mods, try hosting a lobby after only running the lobby mod alone.

I suggest MoreCompany but BiggerLobbies is fine too

the only other mod we are running is late company. Could that be an issue?

If it's this consistent, it's practically guaranteed either a user error, or mod bug.

I guess the real question is; Does it keep happening after the mods are gone / game is reinstalled?

I'll have everyone reinstall and use the folder I assembled for them. That would make more sense because it always seemed to be the same couple people that would show up invisible to everyone. It sucks because now no one wants to mod and play together.

I would say just sending the folders is a bad idea, I would rather make them a tutorial, on how to install BepInEx pack, start the game one time and then add the mod.

Don't know if it leads to issues just copy and pasting, just guessing from other experiences
