AllowUtilitySlot Rejected

Hello! I made a mod AllowUtilitySlot which was rejected for being clientside while giving a significant player advantage.
I've added an extra class to make it required by all players. Did a quick check: got "an error occurred" when joining a host which doesn't have the mod.
Uploaded new version 1.1.0. Please let me know if there's anything wrong.
