- make cruiser boost super volatile
- have it so you need to take shit out of it for it to be safe (or at least have it be in the back CLOSED cuz it saving on the roof is dumb)
- allow it to instakill enemies again (blacklist big enemies via the type of navmesh they can walk on) BUT make it so it turns off afterward and you gotta turn it back on
- make it as fragile as it used to be pre v70

thanks to @mossy fiber we now can have many good bubbles and birds
after that i'll be implementing a cool nighttime feature, adding two more audio changes, and implementing moon tags (and possibly a config to turn off a certain visual effect)
and after i do some more testing i'll be fully set to release it!!
