they make walkies turn on and off if you're outside, so ship person has a harder time communicating

i think I was trying to test if they died to earth leviathans and I spawned two in by accident, and because the ones that don't spawn via another boom bird's call are considered a leader (there's only one allowed to spawn naturally) the other leader has a mental breakdown if another one dies

A lot of fan enemy designs I know of would look totally different if they were put into the game at different points

Boombird for example I think looks appropriate for... like v50/55

but if it were an official enemy released in v80 it'd probably just look like a slightly uncanny bird with a large beak
