So when v70 came out, I thought that the blue car from the mansion's garage room would look great as a full-fledged mod vehicle, and here are my ideas for this mod.
The car's name in the terminal will be DSP-721 (because that's what's written on its license plate)
The DSP will cost 300 credits in the terminal, and it will be much faster than the Cruiser. The roof will prevent giants from grabbing players inside. There will be four seats and a rear-view mirror inside, the trunk will be located at the back. The car will be much easier to drive than the Cruiser, which will make it more useful on moons like Assurance, Adamance, Vow, etc. However, the DSP will not be perfect because it will lack the eject button, weed killer jumps, will start much worse than the Cruiser, and will obviously have slightly less HP.

I thought about trying to fledge out the car like I've been doing with the CC, to an extent as a joke, but it just needs a ridiculous amount of work done to it, it literally doesn't even have a rear windshield, none of the doors except the "hood" are even seperated and it would need an interior modelled (although it wouldn't have to be fancy, the car looks straight out of the late 70s early 80s)

I'm not sure it would be easier to drive on moons like Assurance for example because of the jagged and rough terrain, combined with its low ground clearance, trust me, I've tried my car on Assurance, it's pretty bad, lol, same issue with Vow and Adamance to an extent, but Adamance suffers extremely steep hill syndrome

||Also surely you can think of a better name than what's hastily slapped onto the rear plate lol||

Anything past the hood and fender towards the back just needs completely redoing

I just don't know if it's worth it, maybe someone will try it, maybe I'll try remodelling it at some point, but I can't gaurantee anything will come out of this model

Hey, didn't expect you here. So the thing about Assurance, Vow and Adamance - i just wanted to mention all free moons, not just these 3, because Cruiser is used for moons like artifice, rend or dine, no one even tries to drive it on free moons cause CC's size and controls, so i thought maybe DSP (i hate that name, i just dont have an idea how to call it 😭 ) will be at least worth trying to drive on these.
And yeah, about the model. I know it looks like Zeekerss made it in less than an hour, but I thought it would fit into the vanilla game even if it was slightly modified. (Btw I really like your vehicle mod.)

I use the CC on the free moons (March, Vow and Adamance when I can. Assurance is just not a moon for any vehicle lol) generally without issue, the thing is most people usually get enough money for the CC and a higher tier-moon, which is why you never see any use of it on free moons aside from like, newer-ish people who are trying the CC for the first time (the ones that can't get THAT much money, so buying the CC sucks up all their budget, and they usually blow up very quickly, and then they never use it again or don't know about the warranty system because they didn't read)

I don't want to bash Zeekers too hard for the model, he has said before that he struggles modelling vehicles (which is very obvious, even with the CC model, and that was like his third vehicle ever made) I think the front of the car is fine, anything further back is awful, lol. || Kinda related but there's also the whole thing where it's just meant to be a simple prop that gives the "illusion of a normal life" on these hostile exomoons (just like the fake windows in a buncha rooms), hence why it lacks alot of details like an engine and whatnot||

The CCs controls are generally okay imo, apart from the busted steering I don't have too many issues (controls wise! I have my gripes with it in other areas)

Another issue with the name is how the terminal processes what you input, lol
