It's happened before, and likely to many, many players, whether solo or in a group: You're minding your merry business, collecting scrap in some forsaken corner of the mansion or facility.
Maybe you heard someone yell, maybe you got the "we gonna leave your hiney behind" message ~10PM. You're in a rush. Maybe neither of those things is true, and you're waiting or AFK in a room for your buddies to come back, or you got pinged in Discord (apologies if I'm the cause).
In any case, you get no chance to react. By the time you see what's happening, a Bracken you've never seen before has decided your run is over. Most likely after getting hit by a turret in the facility, courtesy of Fair AI (or similar). Why?
That's what I'd like to know, too. Personally, I'd like to Not get assassinated because a spider or Bracken got lit up by the local defenses. That's it. That's my whole suggestion.
