Mod pack issue

If it's only one person I'd assume they are adding mods themselves after getting your modpack

Also you should probably update your manifest there are 6 updates in that

Quite sure if it was an incompatibility it would affect everyone not just one person

Other than that I don't really see any other errors

So if its not softmask causing it, it has to be user error

I can't quit to menu as solo host, looks like it's caused by LCGoldScrapMod.
Remove that and add SoftMaskKiller, seems to work fine.

Then again I didnt test as client or do much gameplay so I can't be 100% sure especially with the custom moons.

Well it’s the only mod that was causing issues, probably gotta test with your friend group without it to see if that fixes your issue.

I deleted LcGoldScrap mod and downloaded soft mask killer and it still doesn't work...
