Now, I know what you're thinking: "Sniker, you're clinically insane". And to that, my answer is "I know".

This mod could introduce some TF2 or TF2-inspired items.

  • Bonk! Atomic Punch: an energy drink that when consumed temporarily gives you a huge speed boost and a reduction to all damage, at the exchange of you dropping all your items, drink included.
  • Crit-a-Cola: an energy drink that when consumed temporarily makes your weapons deal more damage, at the exchange of you taking more damage from all sources.
  • Sapper: a throwable device that disables electronics. When thrown at a landmine, turret or spike trap, it will be disabled for as long as the sapper is attached to it (the sapper can be taken off the hazard). When thrown at a secure door, it will open/close depending on the current state of the door. When thrown at an Old Bird, it will temporarily be stunned and move much slower.
  • Invisibility Watch: a watch that allows you to go invisible. If you switch to a different item in your inventory, the watch turns off. The watch has a pretty short battery life of around 45 seconds. You can still be heard, but monsters will not see you. If you are damaged while invisible, the watch turns off
  • Revolver: has six shots which deal 2 damage each. Not sure where you'd get the ammo.
  • Rocket Launcher: a weapon that can only shoot one rocket before needing to reload. Again, not sure where you'd get the ammo.
  • B.A.S.E Jumper: a parachute which you can deploy to prevent yourself from dying of fall damage. Infinite-use.
  • Übersaw: a knife with a needle attached to it. Works like a knife, but is slower. Upon damaging an enemy, gain a moderate amount of Übercharge as shown by a bar in your top-left. When the Übercharge bar is full, you can press a key to gain complete invincibility for a few seconds.

Most of these items would likely be purchasable from the store, but some could be found within the facility.

im all for immersion and these would not immerse me at all, but its not a bad idea for the goofier side of mods we have lmao

wellll i mean they dont nesessarily have to be modeled/named after tf2 items

#

base jumper could just be a parachute, ubersaw could also be named differently and look more science-y, sapper could look more thrown-together

#

maybe sapper could have a small chance of malfunctioning actually: turrets could go into overdrive, mines could explode, etc.
