why would you want to do this, you're actively taking one of the most dangerous enemies in the game with you to another round, i guess it could make sense if you wanted to challenge yourself?

Assuming that the sell value scales depending on how long you keep it around, or just give it a decent sell value anyways, it creates an interesting risk/reward scenario
(which then synergises with people being GREEDY and then scary/funny stuff happening)
It makes sense, at least to me, on a mechanical level as well as for funnies and all
and the fact its sadness meter doesnt deplete
that would make sense but i don't think the mod gives it a sell value

Run this with Casino and Sell Bodies (balance it so a live baby is worth more ofc)
Then watch as people gamble it, lose so its worth 0, get mad, and then try to kill it to get a body to sell instead (and quite possibly fail)
Byeah the sell value should be proportionate to how hard it is to look after this thing
like if its really easy it shouldnt be worth much

- The growth meter will slowly decrease over time
the default time it will take for the babys growth metter to go back to 0 from .8 is 22.222... seconds

i just ran outside, dodged a bit, then ran back inside but couldn't close the door

When my group did that last week it turned the baby into a gold bar worth 0
I didn't even expect the chute to accept it, and now there is a configurable blacklist for exactly that reason
I think its because the baby is not a scrap item
My baby disappears whenever I load back into the ship. Is this intentional or
not a feature yet it dosent persist trough saves
having a reliable way to spawn it back on the ship is hard since the current system is relying on luck.

Its already not client sided, c-sync will stop you from joining any lobbies that dosent have it

I got a match and I could grab a baby, but I got softlocked, so I had to reset and lose it :,]
Also apparently this mod is incomptible with late game upgrades according to a reddit comment

I know this mod probably isn't planned to ever be updated again, but would it be possible to fix its compatability with Lunar Config?
As it stands now having both installed at once will cause a bug where the game assumes that all the indoor and outdoor power is maxed out, thus causing no creatures to spawn at all after 2-3 days. It took me a while to cull out things and find that this mod was the culprit for it.
(Other than that mod conflict, functionally it still works in v81 though.)
