I think dissonance had noise suppression, but its also pretty old and might not work properly currently. Im suprised thats not in the game yet/modded lol. To expand on this idea maybe even configure ingame sounds ? enemies, boombox, sfx, main menu music

all i want is different sound sliders for all volume, music volume, monster volume etc.

With how the game is set up this would be very difficult to do without requiring other mods to update just to make use of the system
