Just putting them into your folders is enough
Just have a folder with all your assets, including vanilla ones you've used, and move that from project to project everytime you patch

If repatching an existing project you need to run the v80 patcher, delete the Assets\LethalCompany\Game\Scripts\Assembly-CSharp\DunGen folder (since it conflicts with the separate DunGen dll), update LLL and/or DawnLib to latest version in project

But on the moon side of things the only thing that goes missing is the RuntimeDungeon in the moon
the same project im using also as interiors
You can do the same process, but you'll have every DunGen component in your interior be missing (since it needs to point to the corresponding script in DunGen.dll)
NG Missing Script Recovery does work, but it needs to be used for every single Doorway for instance (which can be tedious)
You can update references in bulk across the project but it's a bit weird, at least the way I did it
It's not as bad if you have version control for the project, just Find and Replace the values on the left with the ones on the right (for each script type)
I did filter the Find and Replace by *.asset, *.prefab, and *.Unity (for scenes) so it would not take as long

sound replacements don't need to be .dlls
So I'm good to just throw these files into my thunderstore project, and ZIP it?

the interiors do not require the moons but are currently broken due to v81 unless you install dungen fix
and even then dungen fix isnt perfect and causes generation issues for one of them

You don't got any interiors and only a couple moons, you can patch the same way I had beanie patch his stuff and it should work fine
The only pre-requisite is that you gotta put all assets that you use, vanilla or not, in a folder of your own that the patcher did not make
I.e. Assets/LethalCompany/Plugins/Mods/plugins/CodeRebirth
If you put all your assets in a single folder like this, updating to the new version is as simple as dragging the folder over to a new project
It's what I've been doing the whole of CR lol
But I recognise it might be difficult if you've used vanilla assets and haven't tracked what you've used

I mean, compared to the main door, it's not that different imo. I guess the handle maybe and just put the same black square behind it and I think it could be fine. He'd either need to change the pivot point or nest it under a different object and rotate that one though.
