[v67] Vanilla Improvements
Is there a reason you keep going back and forth on SmartItemSaving, TCF, SWD, etc.?
i was mainly using Smart Item Saving to keep the items rotations
but i realized that GeneralImprovements has an option for that
for TerminalConflictFix i mainly just removed it because after testing it for a while i never really ran through the issue that it's trying to fix (i also wanted to remove hookgenpatcher from the modpack)
and for the weather display i removed because weather registry does the same thing, some people might not realize that and having the two mods together caused a few minor issues
The modpack doesn't seem to have Weather Registry.
i know, but i removed swd in case someone is using it alongside the modpack
since i want this modpack to be compatible with most mods out of the box
[v68] Vanilla Improvements
68.0.0
Added
- FairBirds by woah25 (1.0.1)
- FairGiantsHostOnly by woah25 (1.9.0)
- LCBetterSavesFix by Zehs (1.0.0)
- LCBetterSaves by Pooble (1.7.3)
Removed
i've decided to remove loadstone as it causes interior desync in some rare ocasions
68.1.0
Added
- Loadstone by AdiBTW (0.1.14)
- GoodItemScan by TestAccount666 (1.10.0)
- ImprovedClock by TestAccount666 (1.2.1)
- LCStaminafix by sunsetos (1.0.1)
- NiceChat by taffyko (1.2.7)
- LethalModDataLib by MaxWasUnavailable (1.2.2)
Updated
- LobbyImprovements 1.0.4 ⇒ 1.0.6
i re-added loadstone but i changed it's config to hopefully prevent the interior desync from happening
68.3.0
Added
- BarberMaterialTweaks by dopadream (1.0.1)
- HalloweenAction by ButteryStancakes (1.0.0)
- RevisitStingers by ButteryStancakes (1.2.1)
Updated
- LobbyControl 2.4.8 ⇒ 2.4.9
It doesn't seem like 68.4 has been pushed yet? Or are we just waiting for it to go live
68.4.2 (Undocumented)
- Config related changes/fixes
Now the modpack will no longer override your Chameleon settings as of 68.4.4.
I am getting FPS between 60 - 100 with this modpack, wheras for vanilla, I get 100+. Is this normal to expect?
68.5.0/68.5.1
Added
- BepInEx_GUI by CatsArmy (3.1.10)
- SpikeTrapFixes by SpookyBuddy (1.1.2)
- EasterEggFixes by SpookyBuddy (2.0.1)
- LandFromOrbit by mattymatty (1.1.2)
Updated
- SpiderPositionFix 1.0.8 ⇒ 1.1.0
- ButteryFixes 1.10.7 ⇒ 1.10.8
thats weird
fps should either be higher or the same as vanilla
i decided to add BepInEx_GUI as it "fixes" some issues i keep having with my amd drivers and steam overlay
also, spiketrapfix is in here just for the scan node
i've also set it up so you can only see the scan node when you are in death range of the spike trap
Might be my PC then
Also, I am getting this error message when trying to update: Failed to resolve deep link - version 68.5.1 not found in package BrokenUsb-VanillaImprovements
are you trying to update via a modmanager?
because the update won't show up on modmangers for now
it takes around an hour for it to show up
despite it showing up instantly on the website
Yeah, I am
Oh, I see. I guess I will wait then
68.5.2
Added

Removed
Updated

- LightsOut by mrov (0.1.3)
Updated
- GoodItemScan 1.10.0 ⇒ 1.11.1
- BarberFixes 1.2.0 ⇒ 1.2.1
ApparatusFix and LightsOut again...?
@crisp smelt I noticed that you have the lostenemyfix mod. I thought the "SetDestination" was only an issue for modded enemies, interiors, and moons. I'm assuming this modpack others can use as a base for their modpacks if they decide to add custom moons?
Also, major props for keeping the required disk space so low
yeah thats one thing that one of the things i try to achieve with this pack
also, the set destination can also happen in vanilla
although not as common
Really? I know there’s the Company Building, as it has no navmesh, but where else could there be?
There haven't been changelogs posted here for the recent versions
which means updating modpacks that include it is a hassle if anything was removed...
e.g. they will end up having both Matty Fixes and Matty Fixes Experimental
Site changelog is broken as well. https://thunderstore.io/c/lethal-company/p/BrokenUsb/VanillaImprovements/changelog/
Likely an issue with Gale upload (Changelog generation) from the looks of it. Can be fixed by pulling the changelog from a previous upload.
oh sorry about that, had forgotten about this thread
for now its just best to do a clean install of the modpack
yeah, i did a clean install of windows so gale doesn't have the previous changelogs anymore
next update i will fix that by pulling the previous ones from an older version
just uploaded 68.16.1 wich only includes the Changelog fixes
i will also try to add more stuff to the Changelogs from now on such as config changes
68.16.1

- LethalPerformance 0.4.3 ⇒ 0.5.0
Other
- Modpack now contains the .cfg file for LethalPerformance
- Enabled the new experimental setting on LethalPerformance
- Fixed the previous(68.19.0) changelog looking weird
keep in mind that with the new Lethal Performance setting your mic settings are now handled by Steam, you can change those settings by opening the Steam Overlay while in-game, then opening the settings windows and going into the Voice tab.
68.19.2
Other
- Changed GeneralImprovements .cfg
- Disabled "SaveShipFurniturePlaces"
- Enabled "AutoChargeOnOrbit"
not sure if you guys are into big modpacks but i have been working on one: #1313925781453275277
it is mainly a modpack that i use to play with friends but i decided to upload it into Thunderstore in case people might find it interesting
68.19.3

- ButteryFixes 1.10.9 ⇒ 1.10.10
Other
- Tweaked the config of the following mods:
68.20.0
Removed
- ApparatusFix by mrov
- Not needed in Vanilla, only needed if you have mods that mess with the Apparatus
- LightsOut by mrov
- Not needed since "Prop Shadows" are being disabled by LethalFixes
- LobbyCompatibility by BMX
- Removed because ended up making hosted lobbies not visible to vanilla players
- NestFix by PureFPSZac
- Not needed on Vanilla Moons
- FairBirds by woah25
- FairGiantsHostOnly by woah25
had forgotten to remove it alongside the other removals on 68.20.0
68.21.0
Added
- NestFix by PureFPSZac (1.1.0)
- ReAdded since it can still help on Vanilla in some rare situations
- StarlancerAIFix by AudioKnight (3.8.4)
- Cruiser_Additions by 4902 (1.4.2)
- Some features may require other people to also have the mod installed but it still works mostly fine as a Client-sided mod
- No_Console_Spam by 4902 (1.6.0)
- AutoHookGenPatcher by Hamunii (1.0.4)
- DetourContext_Dispose_Fix by Hamunii (1.0.3)
- FixPluginTypesSerialization by Evaisa (1.1.1)
- HookGenPatcher by Evaisa (0.0.5)
Removed
- ShipLoot by tinyhoot
- Not needed since both GoodItemScan and ButteryFixes already offer similar functionality
Other
- Changed the README.MD a little bit
v68.22.0 is out now on Thunderstore, won't send the changelogs in the channel anymore since it was making Discord consider it as Spam.
Just released v68.22.1 which contains some tweaks to performance, keep in mind that some of these might cause some users to actually have worse performance than before. In case that happens, revert back to v68.22.0 for the time being.
68.23.0 is out, i decided to re-add the FairGiants and FairBirds mods and i also tweaked some configs
i've been messing a little bit with MattyFixes config file to try and change some items rotations to what i think makes a little bit more sense, i won't upload it to the modpack as of rn but i will leave the config here in case anyone is interested in trying it out.
if someone does try it out, let me know what ou thought of it
68.24.0/68.24.1 is out, this update fixes some config files to be more compatible with more mods and with vanilla players! I also decided to re-add BetterSaves and HostFixes
also, BarberFixes has been removed as it only works properly if everyone has it installed
[v69] Vanilla Improvements
[v68] Vanilla Improvements
[v65+] Vanilla Improvements
69.0.0 just updates the version number to indicate that it is mostly compatible with v69 (nice) and 69.0.1 just includes a config file for Chameleon.
A small update is out for the modpack, v69.0.2, the only change are in the config files that come with the modpack.
69.1.0 is out, this includes a few new mods and also a lot of tweaks to the previous config files
[v69] Vanilla Improvements
69.2.0 is out, i replaced LethalDiscord with LethalRichPresence as LethalDiscord kept throwing errors in the console. I also added the Flashlightier LC mod and tweaked its config to only reduce the intensity of the flashlights just a little bit.
i forgot to announce v69.3.0 and v69.4.0/69.4.1 on here lol, i removed some mods that were causing errors (even if they were meaningless), removed some not needed ones and removed mods that didn't work properly with vanilla players. I also added a few new mods, mostly to tweak the scanner so you can scan tools now
also added a mod that removes some spammy unity logs that don't mean anything and one that attempts to fix keybings displaying the wrong key if you changed them from the default values
and the Honourable Mentions was removed from the description for the time being, i plan on adding it back on the future tho
You're on a locale that uses , for decimal points, aren't you
Anyone who isn't will get a chat text size of uh... 130? Because the value in the NiceChat config is 13,0
and it seems to just strip the invalid characters rather than truncating or doing a proper conversion
I think that might just be a NiceChat issue and not a problem for any other mods, though?
i thought it would properly convert it?
since whenever i open a mod config with gale and that config uses a . isntead of a ,, Gale would replace it with a , for me
but i think it probably is because NiceChat uses Strings for its config isntead of using Floats
so because of that modmanagers and bepinex itself probably don't convert it
@tall talon can you try this config and see if it works? i tried to avoid using decimals as much as possible
I can try tomorrow, yeah
the only line that still has a decimal is the Fade Opacity setting
69.4.2 is out and the only change is that i replaced LoadstoneNightly with it's newest "UnstableBeta"
Just released 69.4.3, this just updates some included mods and changes some config files (a big one is the new settings for Chameleon)
hi, how to enable bepinex logs? i cant see them when i start the game
go into the BepInEx config file and set to true the first option on the console section, I've left it disabled by default since having the console enabled causes issues with in-game overlays (like Steam)
69.5.0 just got release, i removed some mods and added then into the new Honourable Mentions

69.6.3 is out, this includes an update to cull factory and a new temporary icon to celebrate the huge milestone of 20K dowloads! Thank yall so much!
Oh and happy new year to everybody! (I know im kinda late)
oops, had to release 69.6.4 since i forgot to actually change the icon on 69.6.3 heh
i forgot i had dome that :)
i deleted the message since i had removed better shotgun tooltip from the modpack on 69.7.1
and i just noticied that i forgot to include that on the changelog, oops
also just released 69.8.0, this just removes the HostFixes mod and also mentions the removal of BetterShotgunTooltip on it too
HostFixes had to be removed cause it was making you get stuck when trying to reload the shotgun
I've release a beta version of the modpack to thunderstore to test the new PathfindingLagFix version
Big mistake
its now under the Additional Mods as of 69.8.1
i've released a few small updates to both the Canary and the Stable version, these updates just updates the included mods 🙂
Erm actually it’s not just safety it has a ammo indicator too
i forgot that there was an option for that
also, the changes from the Canary branch have been merged into the Stable one
and a new section has been added to the Stable version description called Quick Fixes
@crisp smelt
Is this thread still active?
i keep forgetting to post stuff here
@crisp smelt Since the origional message was deleted I marked this post for deletion. Since it is still active I shall keep it up. Is your other post okay to delete?
the other one is fine to be deleted
Released a pretty big update to the Modpack, version 69.15.0
i added a lot of the mods that were in the Additional Mods section into the modpack itself
also removed General Improvements since it wasn't doing much on the pack (it is listed under the Additional Mods now)
We've hit 30k!! 🥳
I've released a small update to the modpack that updates the readme to mention the stuff that i added in 69.15.0
another small update is out, this one just replaces PathfindingLagFix Beta with the normal version
released another update to the modpack, #1336202685317120060 has been added into it and some mods have been updated
the Canary version is back! This time it is to test the HDLCPatch mod that attempts to fix the old HDLethalCompany mod
by default i set it to lower the game's graphics just by a tiny bit to see if that can increase performance by a little bit without causing many issues
if you want to change the game's graphics you will need to edit the HDLCPatch config, not the HDLethalCompany one
Can this mod be used in vanilla lobby?
yes
released a small update to both Canary and Stable, Stable one is just an update to the included mods and the Canary one is that i added Lethal Config (it allows you to change the game's graphics inside of the game with the help of HDLCPatch)
released an update to both version, again, its just an update to the included mods and its configs
i also might bring the changes from the Canary version to Stable since from my testing i haven't had any issues with it
i added the new Atlas ( #1308174824505479290 ) mod to the Canary branch
just released a pretty somewhat big update to the Canary branch, hopefully the last one before i merge it into the Stable one
All of the changes from the Canary Version (v69.20.1) have been merged into the Stable one!
And Canary has been deprecated again
Released a small update to the modpack, v69.22.0, this just updates a few of the included mods and its configs
i also enabled the "Film Grain" effect from ButteryFixes
And another update is out! I removed some mods and added back the #1278029409508528179 mod (i also updated the included mods)
And another one is out! This one adds HotbarPlus and NoSellLimit, just that!
I removed HotbarPlus as of the latest version (69.25.0)
i had only added it because of a descyn fix it had
but that fix is now also in #1245891961966170204 so there is no need to keep it in the pack
Released another pretty big update to the modpack, i've replaced HDLethalCompany and HDLCPatch with #1345089401100701778
This should in theory not just give you more performance
But the graphic changes i made a lot less noticeable with this mod
I've also changed the Readme again, it no longer contains the AdditionalMods section
and the QuickFixes section is now back
The HostFixes mod has been re-added, as of v69.27.0, since the bug that made me remove it has been fixed
The Canary branch is back! This time it is to test the new w.i.p. shaders and the fixInputActions from #1345089401100701778
I've just released the new update so it might take some time for it to show up on Thunderstore and ModManagers
The changes from the Canary branch have been merged into Stable 👍
in the next update (69.30.0) i will be removing all previous change-logs from thunderstore
since they have amounted to more than 1.4k lines of text
i have backed them up and i will leave a link for anyone to see the backup once i roll the update out
69.30.0 has been released
all previous logs have been removed from Thunderstore but you can still find them in the pastebin link at the bottom of the changelos
i've also updated the pinned message on this channel
a few small updates have been released to the modpack
just mod updates and a few config tweaks
i also just noticied that the modpack has reached a total of 40k dowloads! 🥳
i might make a new icon to celebrate it
Just released another update to the modpack
I've readded CruiserAdditions alongside with a new mod
And a few configs have been tweaked
i've updated the modpack a few times since my last message
most of them are just config tweaks with a few new mods here and there
not really
thats why i added it to the modpack
but it makes the font look a lil weird in some places
but most of the time it works just fine
Hi, FontUpdate's modder here! Next build should fix a bit that weird look in some places
just tested it and it does infact looks a lot better in general
but there are still a few places where it looks a bit weird
if you have a dark or somewhat dark background behind the HUD text you will be able to notice a faint white background behind some fonts
Thank you for the feedback! I'll see what I can do
I've been testing a bit and I can't seem to reproduce the same white background bleed
I'll ask some friends to test it too, in the meantime I'm investigating what could it be
maybe its another mod of mine that is causing the issue then?
I couldn't say, unity is a bit special when it comes to fontassets, so it could be the another mod in the modpack, your computer... who knows. If you have time, try to test the mod with less mods/just the one to see if continues to have that bleeding effect (that could help me scope the issue)
i've tested a bit with less mods but the issue persisted
it may have something to do with my hardware and with the settings i've set/changed on the ADM software
Alright, I'll test further with other hardware and try to get to the bottom of the problem
@soft haven using the version of the font without the $ sign fixes the white background issue
Oh, but it seems pretty random, maybe the $ sign causes bleed in certain systems, I'll specify it in the README next time I update thank you!!
Forgot to announce it here but there is a new Canary update that i've been working on recently
I've remade the modpack from scratch, this time my focus is on vanilla parity
There should also be less desyncs and performance may be better in some cases
The changes from the Canary branch have been merged on the Main branch!
Sorry for not being very active in here, i've been testing some stuff with the modpack recently
Version 69.55.0 is out and this is pretty much a soft relaunch of the modpack
Lots of configs have been changed, lots of mods added/removed
Also, the modpack now has a cool new loading image that shows up when you are booting the game up thanks to the new LoadingScreen mod
Oh and it has a new icon too
I will prob make a update soon so the text colour / text background colour / loading bar colour can be customizable
that sounds cool
LEY
Just released v69.56.0 on Thunderstore, this update mostly focuses on removing mods that weren't needed and tweaking some configs to prevent multiple mods from doing the same thing.
I've also re-added #1258980772996448309, as i had forgotten to include it on 69.55.0.
@crisp smelt Why was LostEnemyFix removed
enemies getting out of the navmesh almost never happens in vanilla
and when that does happen, pathfindinglagfix already has fixes for those situations
Does pathfindingfix do the same thing
LostEnemyFix kills the enemy if it gets stuck outside the navmesh
But PathfindingLagFix has a few fixes to prevent that from happening instead
On custom moons or just vanilla
Vanilla
if you play on custom moons i'd still recommend LostEnemyFix
but since this modpack is for the Vanilla moons
then it's not needed
@crisp smelt also I've never seen this issue in game is this mod really needed?
https://thunderstore.io/c/lethal-company/p/Zaggy1024/RagdollDesyncFix/
probably only happens when you have more than 4 players in the lobby
Ive had it happen before whenever i teleported a boddie that was being dragged by an entity
Such as the Bracken for example
I've marked the modpack as Deprecated until most of the mods are updated and fixed for the new update (aka v70)
Some of them work fine but most of them can't even load anymore
Do you know what mods dont work
I've been testing some and so far the logs seem to indicate that the following mods either don't work or are partially broken:
- ButteryFixes
- LethalPerformance
- LobbyControl
Other things that are broken:
- Enemy Spawning
- Leaving a Planet
And there are constant errors in the console when running with mods, so it's best to wait until all of them are properly updated to v70 before running modded
I've played a bit after a few of the mods have been updated
and things seem more stable now
i will still wait a few days before i publish v70.0.0 of the modpack tho
@crisp smelt why did you remove https://thunderstore.io/c/lethal-company/p/JacobG5/ReverbTriggerFix/ last update
it's getting re-added in the next one
i had removed it to test some stuff
and forgot to add it back when i released the last version
Ok
just when i was about to release the new modpack update
Zeekers releases v71
i haven't tested it yet but it might break some mods again due how many bug-fixes he included in this one
betttt
Version 72.0.0, of the Modpack, is finnaly out on Thunderstore
The #1364323192423977002 mod has been temporarly removed, it will be added back in later
You can still download it and with the custom image for the modpack by simply downloading Vanilla Improvements: Loading Image
The #1258980772996448309 mod has also been removed due to how many changes were made to the Cruiser on v70, i feared that it might cause some issues here and there
so i've removed it until it's fully updated to v70+
And last but not least the mods:
- GoodItemScan
- #1255870550199242892
- Orbits
Have been added into the modpack
[v72] Vanilla Improvements
I recommend doing a fresh install of the modpack with this update
@crisp smelt Mod suggestion: https://thunderstore.io/c/lethal-company/p/PureFPSZac/NestFix/
it used to be a part of the modpack on some previous versions
but i don't think that it's needed for vanilla moons
Should the custom cavern/mineshaft textures from "Chameleon" be enabled by default on the modpack? The settings would be tweaked to match with the moons atmosphere.

✅
For those that wanna test the upcomming update to the modpack, i've enabled profile sync on #1246088342458863618.
Code:
R44mfIocQdCxh-7scPlgVw
Keep in mind that there is one mod in the profile that isn't apart of the modpack, SafeSoloScrap is included in the profile cause i prefer playing with it (since i mostly play solo) but it won't be included in the actual modpack.
Skyboxes look good
is "Chameleon" reduce performance (with the modpack config file)? i want to focus on performance, not graphics.
also is there a problem if i added "GeneralImprovements" and "AccurateStaminaDisplay" mods with the modpack?
- "Orbits" mod is deprecated rn do i still use it anyway?
Chameleon shouldn't really affect performance all that much
specially when combined with the other mods
as for GI, just disable the fixes for items falling and fire exit fixes on the mod and the rest should work with the modpack
it still works fine most of the time but i will be removing it from the modpack in the next update
GL reduce performance that much? i want from it 3 or 4 feathers only i can disable verything else
@crisp smelti dont know where you go but thank you you helped me ^^
For those trying out the Sync Profile let me know what you guys think of the most recent version of it
Since i might merge into the actual modpack soon-ish
Said update is now out :)
@crisp smeltthere is a bug make the tools move to the right everytime you exit and back to the filesave in the modpack
If i had to guess whats causing it id go with Matty Fixes
I will attempt to troubleshoot the issue later today
the problem still not fixed?
@crisp smeltidk if you figure it out but "Sort Equipment On Load" feather in "Sort Equipment On Load" mod is cause that problem
sorry for not replying before, i was busy these last few days
and i tested and it does seem like that "Sort Equipment On Load" from Cruiser Improved is the one moving items during load
i will release a quick update to the modpack to temporarly disable this option
I finally did this, you might want to look at the new configs, I think you can make it look cool
@crisp smeltthe modpack still didnt fix the bug that "Sort Equipment On Load" from Cruiser Improved cause you didnt disable it also the scan is not working well
For some reason the config file didn't get uploaded to Thunderstore
wierd
Man thx for figuring out the cause, that was driving me nuts!
For those that were using the Synced Profile, the code has changed
The new one is:
QVDcpoV5SLyZCn3g9HVWxQ
So make sure to change your profile to the new one otherwise you won't receive the updates/changes anymore
The next update of the mod-pack will include the Universal Radar and #1255870550199242892 mods alongside some tweaks to existing mods, if you want to try the upcoming version you can use one of the following profile codes:
For #1246088342458863618
QVDcpoV5SLyZCn3g9HVWxQ
For R2Modman and Thunderstore Mod Manager
01981403-880c-c77f-13c7-ed89101e4425
@crisp smelt You should add https://thunderstore.io/c/lethal-company/p/WaterGun/V70PoweredLights_Fix/
Thanks for the recommendation, i will take a look into adding it
Are you planning on adding custom moons?
I don't think Universal Radar is really needed for vanilla moons, since they have the radar baked
it makes the radar look a bit better on vanilla moons
and allows it to display extra stuff like the bridge on vow
yeah that's true
The next update will be released tomorrow
I've regenerated the profile code for #1246088342458863618 to make it shorter.
Q9ULWQ
Also this "new" profile is sort of a beta version for the upcoming 72.3.0 update of the modpack
When will the latest version be released approximately?
72.3.0
hopefully this weekend
i've been busy with uni stuff so i haven't been able to properly test things, but hopefully i will be able to on this weekend
ofc good luck ^^
with your study
72.3.0 is now out! It's both on the Sync Profile for #1246088342458863618 and on Thunderstore
very late reply because I just happened to see this, but it is a vanilla bug, it can be reproduced in LAN with just two players
it happens every time the host dies before another player
i haven't been playing much lethal company recently
so i haven't been testing/working on the modpack
it should still work fine (specially if you keep the mods up-to-date)
I might come back to update the modpack once all the mods have been properly updated to v73
From what i've seen most are either working fine or have been patched to work on the new versions but im still going to wait a little bit before actually trying to play the game with mods
i also went back to the "old" icon
[v73] Vanilla Improvements
i can play vanilla with these
i can add lethal config? and config the bag?
Yes, you can play with vanilla players and vice-versa
You can but depending on how you configure BagConfig it might make it not vanilla compatible anymore
okok understandable
the radar i think only works with wesleys moons so maybe you can but you gotta see
that adds like 5 plus mods itself and you can add maybe his holiday weathers
it also changes how it looks on vanilla moons
i won't be adding custom content into this modpack
more company isn't compatible with vanilla players atm
dayummmm
I've just released an update to the modpack to fix some issues with mods that weren't working properly on v73. AdditionalNetworking and AsyncLoggers were changed to their Experimental versions and NetworkMetricsFix, FixPlayerName, FixCharWarn and v73ncfix were removed since they all got combined into a single mod( ChuxiaFixes )
#1345089401100701778 also got updated to include a new custom shader which is now enabled by default on the modpack.
Why were they changed to the experimental versions
AdditionalNetworking has a bug where gift boxes were all giving you a bugged item
this has been fixed in the Experimental Version
and the normal version of AsyncLoggers got deprecated for some reason
Just released another update to change AsyncLoggers back to it's normal version
now the Experimental one is deprecated instead
aaand another one to fix an issue where i accidentally bundled a bunch of useless files with the modpack
#1217111718224728165 😅 somehow copying the package from Experimental to Stable broke Stable. so i had to deprecate it until i had time to solve the issue. sry for the trouble
box²
also, the next update for the modpack will include the #1423086110317346877 mod
Does this modpack play well with custom moons? Like If I wanted to inject any of uh...what's that guys name. Wesleys stuff>
or does it typically just cause issues off the rip.
i never tested it myself but i think it should work fine
I will try to release a update to the modpack next week to update some mods, remove some not needed ones and maybe add a new mod in the pack
Sorry for not releasing the update when i said i would, i got busy with some stuff
But it've begun to start testing some stuff for the next update
If anyone wants to try the update out before i publish it on Thunderstore you can do so by using the Profile Sync feature from Gale
Here is the code for said profile: V3JQKI
All good goat
why cruiserimprovements was removed from this modpack?
v80 made me get invested in Lethal again
so i will probably update the modpack to v80 once all the mods have been updated
[v90] Vanilla Downgrades
[v73](v80 Soon) Vanilla Improvements
Profile code for the beta version of the Modpack for v81
019d642a-1c00-73a7-28b4-aab3ab15c123
For the time being i'm just going to release the Modpack as a profile for R2Modman/Gale until more mods have been updated to work on v80/81.
[Testing v81] Vanilla Improvements
i haven't properly tested multiplayer yet so there might be bugs related to that
New one:
019d647c-a9da-7def-7c2a-6248eae61df6
Might be more broken than the previous one, the disabled mods are the ones that fail do load
I haven't properly tested this one but it played fine on March when i tried
remove nestfix
or DunGenReferenceFixer fixes that mod?
lostenemyfix don't work too
thanks, i will be disabling those 2 too then
i might disable a couple more once i'm able to test things better
#1200144261333659729 got updated to v81 so i will be enabling that again
Here is another revision of the pack:
019d661b-8a65-1e36-9432-cf91b4de9494
I've also disabled a bunch of overlapping configs
Another one:
019d682d-5321-f800-efa2-6d5d0da12759
I tweaked a couple settings:
019d6916-5417-21e2-9649-2a630988722c
You already know it:
019d6b4d-e3b4-b5bd-df00-c46b0c90fde7
Also, this might be the last BETA profile i create before releasing a update to the Thunderstore modpack
things are looking good enough now for it get out of testing
Whats wronf with nestfix?
The first V81 release of the modpack is now out on Thunderstore 🥳
https://thunderstore.io/c/lethal-company/p/BrokenUsb/VanillaImprovements/
Code version for those who prefer it:
019d7038-3e08-7ba0-5a35-85b3d84bb352
Just released a small update to the modpack to fix some settings that i forgot to disable after testing
If you don't want to wait for Gale/R2Modman to update you can use the profile code:
019d7315-760d-f9c5-10e5-21b94055d0f7
disable meleefixes
Is it bugged? I played with it for a little bit and didn't have any issues
i will be updating the modpack to remove it for now then 🙃
i tested it a little more and you are just unable to hit snare fleas in general
doesn't matter if they are on the ground or in someone's head
just released an update to the modpack, i've changed a lot of stuff this time around
i removed gooditemscan for now since the scan nodes still look a little too jittery/laggy for me
and i've added a bunch of visual tweaks to the modpack
to make it stand a little bit more when compared to vanilla (don't worry, the modpack is still 100% vanilla compatible your game is just going to look a lil different)
i also decided do add #1199570032196333648 since bodycams are technically in vanilla now and adding this doesn't give you too much advantages compared to vanilla
it just makes so that the bodycams are bigger now (since they display on the big monitor instead of a tiny little screen)
and a bunch of mods in the pack got updated too :)
[v81] Vanilla Improvements
I recommend sciencebirdtweaks when it gets updated to v80
yeah i'm waiting for it to get updated to v80
there is some cool fixes and qol things in there
this is fancy
i'm thinking of enabling this option on Science Bird Tweaks(#1350616165289951272) since from my testing having it set to "Performance" mode has almost 0 impact on the game performance
it lags for a single frame the first time you scan an item but it only happens once per item (it's probably because it had to cache that shader)
there is like, thousands of this on the log file
i've released a band-aid "fix" to the modpack to remove Hamunii's mods from the pack
if you have any of their mods/patchers installed remove them asap
yeah a lot of mods dont work without them which kinda stinks
I've decided to "split" this Modpack into two
Vanilla Improvements will stay the same, it will include visual changes, bug fixes, some gameplays changes and performance improvements
Vanilla Fixes will only include the fixes and performance improvements without changing any of the game's visuals
[v81] Vanilla Fixes/Improvements
i released a pretty big update for Vanilla Improvements
both Science Bird Tweaks and Universal Radar are now in the modpack
Hamunii's mods have been added back since Thunderstore solved the security issue
#1255870550199242892 is now back into the modpack as the issue with the jittery scan nodes has been fixed and it now has some cool new animations
#1199570032196333648 got readded because i accidentaly removed it on the previous version
#1423086110317346877 also got re-added into the modpack
a couple of these changes have also been added into Vanilla Fixes
just release a big(?) update to VanillaFixes, it is now even more 1:1 with Vanilla
and it got a new icon too
i've already updated the config on my end
i just didn't upload it to the modpack yet
just a headsup that my ScandalsTweaks mod doesn't really do much on its own and probably isn't worth having in a vanilla fixes modpack, while it does have some stuff like "fix external forces not decaying" and "fix playaudioanimationevent" errors from null clips, it's mostly a utility mod with some common scripts and methods for my vehicles, i guess it doesn't hurt to keep in if you want for now, but just thought i'd mention it =)
i have thought about splitting scandals tweaks into two mods, one being "utilities" and one being "scandals fixes", but nothing has come of it so far
originally ST was "scandals fixes" and it just had, well, fixes, but i decided to turn it into ST
so the fixes are kind of "leftovers" but i don't see a point in removing them
i might just keep the mod for now then, since it doesn't hurt having it
even tho it only has 2 very minor fixes
