I think it's conflict of everythingcandie and whatever else but idk what's exactly is.

So far I've only seen coilhead not die in the mansion level 2 times, and jester not die in the mansion level 1 times but I think there will be another enemy that will not die like this in the future.

does any1 can help me?

completely random, also I added everythingcandie at the end so there is no way to check if it is a problem that has occurred since the addition of a particular mod.

One thing you can do if you have very little mods is try all mods one by one with everythingcandie

If you have way too many mods

Then thats a bigger problem

I'm not sure, but there's StarlancerAIFix, and BrutalCompanyMinus.

The former touches AI and the latter adds mobs, so there may be some connection.

People have been reporting this on everythingcandie's GitHub 2-3 weeks ago, someone left their modpack code. You could compare and look at mods in common.
