honestly this scrap mod is really small and doesent add much, I mainly did it for personal use
I am currently working with another interior dev on expanding the vanilla interior with new rooms
A room with a Cube shrine for Wesley? Perhaps uncovered deep underground in the mineshaft? That’d probably be why the LC universe seems so fucked. They uncovered a buried evil that should never have been freed.
I love that my brain doesn’t really work until given a dumb idea. Because now I’m picturing a large, empty cavern with just a floating cube (the default white one Unity spawns at a 1 1 1 scale) in the middle and a light coming down from above with no clear source.
Or a room in the factory that’s basically the “I guess we’re making circles now” meme where there’s a belt of cubes but the most recently produced one is a sphere. Obviously that’s what caused the facility to go to shit.
Or, actually, if the cubes are evil it would make more sense to be spheres with a cube being the last one.

I've got an idea for you if you are taking ideas.
Indoor breakable bridges like the ones found on vow and adamance. Of course there would be a longer and tedious way to the other side if the bridge breaks
as in the bridge on the left of Adamance (Will break after a certain amount of times it’s crossed), or the bridge on the right? (Will break after a certain amount of time someone’s on it)

we have multiple drones, we don't really have any cool enemies that behave like blob other than blob

I say keep the cloud and add some other effects inside of it to make it look alive and show what direction it's going, possibly a lighter patch to show where it's "looking"

it only does a little bit of damage
damage in lethal company is no joke, if you are at 20 hp and i.e. you're running from lets say a thumper
running through this gas cloud will immediately slow you to a crawl as you are critically wounded (below 20 hp);
you cant run through else you risk death from a thousand cuts (too slow to make it with natural regen)
you cant just turn around and run from the thumper as you are now critically wounded
and even if you miraculously made it through the gas without dying, you will be still critically wounded and incapable of running away, a very big losing situation
me when a thumper's chasing me at 20hp
imagine if in the base game every time you went through a specific tile in the factory you lost 5 hp/s in a path you must take to progress
factory would become very unpopular and your survival rate would diminish because if youre not playing on anything below or at the level of march then you will be chased a lot of the time you are scrapping
I don’t know if it’s doable, probably would require a lot of code, but if it’s a “gas” blowing it away with the hair dryer sounds really funny (either moving it as a whole or causing it to dissipate).

not realy, there is only this room here the walls dont connect properly, but tbh I wouldnt really reccomend my old interiors, pretty unpolished, but the news ones im cooking are much better, and wont have the same issues from the last times. Problem is that I just connected cubes, but now im using pro builder

how do i clear cache?

something must have corrupted id reccomend tryin to reinstall the pack, ive been using office and havent had this
but usually these types of error are fixed on a fresh install
try like copy your profile code, delete the profile, delete all cache (make sure to delete everything manually if u have other profile with the same mod)
then import the code again

my problem is that whenever I open thunderstore, I'd get a crash while having CompanyOffices installed - but only once - so when I try to open the game second time, it then works

The cave and office is currently abandoned, BSL is working on somthing else iirc.
Somewhat demotivated after Zeekerss added a cave within a week of the project starting and has learned a lot and is now using better tools for the new project

Black mesa should work for v64 fine 🙂 make sure you don't have HDLethalCompany in the pack as that can break some interiors
I uploaded the dungeon to ts, hoping to get a little bit of feedback, I am close to finishing it tho, just need fix a few issues, and want to create some new rooms

visual bug, not really affecting gameplay, but compared to entrance doors on the outside, the interior's entrance door is smaller

in this room, enemies can't pathfind across the water to the other side.
in that same room, if you run out of stamina while in the water, you're effectively softlocked since the ledge is too high to just walk onto
ALSO in that same room, the doorways have a weird wall thing going on with the sides
where one side of the wall is good, but going to the other side, you can see a face is missing
in this room with the staircase, the ceiling is a little weird, making you bump your head when going down it
very minor, but yeah it's there

beneath the water, plenty of things arent touching the ground. namely, trees and boardwalks
if someone ends up underwater, those'll be exposed
fire exit and main work fine. day cycle is untouched (as it should be). arrival and departure offer no hitches. no stray colliders where they shouldnt be
just please get these objects touching the ground ^^
I completly forgot about that so the main 2 issues are
-fix things touching the ground in the water?
-and make it so you cant go to the edge of the world right behind the ship
you need to to get to the fire exits through the water, but I made sure to add a lot of tulip snakes so you can fly over it

Haven't modded the game before but have made (unpublished currently but maybe published someday) datapacks for Java edition. It's a pretty good start in my opinion because you can do a lot, but without a lot (you don't need to download something like Unity and rip the game). Plus, datapacks are on a per-save basis and you can't really break anything because your stuff is either very separate or if it's changing how something vanilla works as long as your datapack has the file named correctly and in the right directory it overrides the vanilla version of that file without actually messing with it. The game just uses yours instead. I definitely wouldn't have been able to do it without some online tools that allow you to just fill in stuff and it puts it in the proper syntax though (which might be why I've enjoyed moon-making. No real code and syntax stuff to mess with).
It's also Minecraft so lots of resources you can find online on how to do stuff.

I asked about it over in the LLL section (#1193461151636398080 message) but I figured I'd ask a much simpler question here. Can the Company Mines interior be changed via LLL's scaling options, or are these interiors a set size based on the moon?

both moons and the interior itself determines it's size
all moons have a size multiplier for the interior
and all interiors have size settings in the LethalLevelLoader Config that you can edit
i'm unsure if you can edit the size multiplier on moons using LLL, but i'm assuming you can
There are options to edit the interior size settings, but it doesn't look like there's options for multipliers set by moons. And I can only assume that the mod moon's multiplier may be overriding what I'm setting in LLL. Or LLL is the issue. But based on your reply, I think I can rule out the interior itself being the problem. Now it's either Polarus (the moon), or LLL.

My guess is the interior has a decent size and the moon has a decent size multiplier so combined you get something quite large
True, but I did have a conflict with lethal quantities at one point. I'm using LLL to set all moon prices to 99,999 to lock them and using LethalMoonUnlocks to unlock moons as a reward for clearing quotas. LethalQuantities did not play nice with LethalMoonUnlocks when I tried it.

some tiles overlap with eachother I think and I recall seeing a clip of someone walking into a room turning around and suddenly there's just no door to get out of it from

I think if we combined the two it would look sick
I like the colors and materials of the vanilla mine + the elevator, and the claustrophobic caves with water work well
I think it may just be lacking cool catwalks and pipes like in the BSL version's main entrance
if company mines had the vanilla mineshaft entrance and elevator it would be a 10/10
if you also were able to use chameleon with company mines 11/10
currently unsupported as the dev is working on other non LC stuff

Which interior? I think the office and cave one have been abandoned. BSL also has just in general been gone a long time and not sure when/if they will return, but even before they left I think they dropped support for those interiors unfortunately.

I tried it out and the inteiror seems complete ngl
some tiles spawn merged together so if you go through some of the caves parts a wall appears behind where you came from

the interior I will be creating will have 3 different floors, floor 1 which will be the facility, floor 2 will be a new cave interior, and floor 3 will be a new facility type interior, the interior will be meant for more end game moons, as the last floor will have addtional scrap but will always spawn harder enemies, white colored nut crackers and thumpers, they will spawn regardless of the moon settings

how are you planning on handling generation for multiple floors? I'm assuming either through nodes that take you up a floor or using multiple paths in DunGenPlus like Black Mesa does
I guess mainly I wanna know if you're going the really exotic approach of using multiple dungeons, which wouldn't work with the current feature set of CullFactory
I have a lot of thought to put into that type of thing before I can properly support it instead of disabling culling
I was just going to use different doorways, then there would sort of be a connecter tile, which has 2 different types of doorways
oh yeah like the transition tile from light containment to heavy containment in the SCP interior
that doesn't sound like it guarantees the connector though does it? what I'm wondering is if you're planning on having main path contain two nodes or injected tiles to make them change floors
or if you have some other solution to guarantee three floors
setting the spawn rate to 99999 always worked for me in the past
but I still am early in, I will figuire out the generation part later

majority of it will be vanilla stuff, first floor is just facility, 2nd floor is mineshaft, plus my old mineshaft, but mainly just the caves portion

Titan has always seemed like a very large mining complex compared to the smaller ones on offense or vow. A small little elevator and small corridors didn’t give it justice.

Same. They fit Wesley's moon Polarus very well since earth leviathans can spawn inside. Really sells the circular tunnels as being dug by the worms and would explain why they can get you inside.
