Pretty much yes, I tried it once, to me the infected is far too OP and the gameplay is changed for everyone. Most of the features makes it hard to say "let's do a quota without impostor" without having to change the modpack
I just checked the mod on Thunderstore and it seems highly configurable, I'll try it this evening and maybe my post isn't relevant after all
