I imagined in my mind that you'd be able to look for mods that don't take too much space. I mean, you could filter many of them out by adding tags to your search.

I just worry about how much disk space things take up; I use this metric to predict how performant and/or optimized a mod or modpack is. For example, my modpack is only 121.7 megabytes (contains 88 mods), while other modpacks take up more than a gigabyte of space.

It does give the download size associated with each mod version and it's actually only one line code to add the sorting option for it (the thunderstore querying uses the same code as the profile)

or well, thunderstore's API doesn't give any sorting options. The sorting and filtering you see in gale is all done locally since it stores all of the mods in a big hashmap.

It's funny how big that hashmap gets on lethal company. Gale's RAM usage on lethal company is about 450-550 MB, while if you switch to for example webfishing it goes down to 8 MB xD

While downloading it, I loaded up the game as normal. But this time my crosshair was different. This is when I first discovered it, I have it set to "." in my modpack and it is "- + -" by default. At first I thought it was my modpack but, when I downloaded my modpack off thunderstore and looked in the zip. I saw that it was set to "." but for some reason gale is only getting the default values of the config file. This leads me to believe that other config files are not being downloaded correctly too.

found an error when testing mods in relation to ModelReplacement.API where if a model is changed and then reloaded, the model never updates to the new model. This remains on the profile no matter what and is only removed upon starting a new profile. I think this is also only the case with imported mods, but I've no clue.

Btw if you want my pack export 01932ea7-fb30-f45b-156a-bd51757e61fc I can confirm btw that I tested a profile Export I made with Gale 1.0.1 as well and it wouldn't import my LogLines.xml file, but I know it would import the file with 1.0.1 since I had asked for clients' logs a couple of times before the 1.1.0+ versions and they didn't have stuff like Targetable A spam and everything

something not right with Gale 1.1.3 and my modpack, installing the modpack on 1.1.3 says that there are 7 mods out of date, installing the modpack with Gale 1.1.2 says there are 2 mods out of date. On 1.1.3 some of the out of date mods have versions from months ago but I update the pack almost daily and specify newest versions in the manifest. modpack is "LabraCompany" if you want to test it, thanks

It's likely just something in your mod pack disagreed with some of the fixes 1.1.3 added

You could try updating your pack on the old version and exporting a new code and importing it inside of the update for Gale but problems like this usually aren't mod manager related and older profiles from old versions of mod managers just sometimes break

I actually have no idea, never seen someone else report this. You could try to downgrade to a previous version to see if something's different there. The webview log might also be useful, but that would require you to make a debug build. If you have the time and energy you could try that, but I understand if you don't.

Found another bug
When editing a config using the popout window like so (which is really useful for lengthy configs, like the code rebirth trap spawn curve stuff), it doesnt seem to save your changes unless you then click "edit as list" and switch back
If you simply close the window and come back to it, your changes will be gone.
There is no save button or anything like that

And, a second bug which you also see at the end, is that although the config file is changed (Vanilla --> Bababa), the preview for the config above doesnt update, adding further confusion. Once you do open the popout window though the value is changed, and its changed in notepad form so the file is definitely edited, Gale just doesn't show it. Clicking off the config entirely on Gale and reopening the mod config refreshes it and the changes now appear.

As I said there was a mac version before, but there were lots of issues with it, it was annoying to maintain and very few people used it. You're the second person to mention macos since I removed it in like july

I don't know the exact time, I haven't launched Gale for a while and last time I played Lethal Company was in September, last time I used Gale is also probably somewhere there. Today I just tried to launch it and it hang. At first it displayed rounds instead of lethal-company in the log, so I deleted the rounds folder, since I didn't need profiles from there anyway, and then #1246088342458863618 message

Guys, I think there's a significant issue with Gale. While updating Darmuh's terminal mod, I noticed a problem. Darmuh has also updated the library mod required for the mod and added its updated version as a dependency. However, when updating the mod with Gale, the dependency mod isn't being updated. It seems like you have to notice that the dependency mod's version has changed and manually update it yourself. Is there any setting related to this, or is this really a shortcoming? Could you check?

perhaps one fairly easy solution would be to rename the old json as a backup before writing changes, and then on loading fall back to that backup
