While the many moons of LC are intended to be isolated, lonely places.
I’ve always thought we should see more tangible remnants of the people that used to inhabit these places. The butler fits into the mansion, so I present:
Lore
The “Greaser” as I’m calling it would be a humanoid entity that roams the halls of the facility. Resembling a rather typical industrial engineer.
He’s dressed in a set of blue coveralls, with a muck covered high-vis vest, a tool belt, and a weathered hard hat. As the name implies, he is covered in a spattering of grease and other fluids, perhaps even dried blood.
In the dark one could maybe mistake him for a living person.
However, closer inspection would reveal veins? or something else? Visible beneath his exposed arms, bulging in grotesque fashion like wire threaded through the skin.
And should one see his face, they’d see a slack jawed mouth with vacant hollow eyes. That is aside from the large eye that now sits between his teeth.
Looks like Nutcrackers aren’t the only hosts for such parasites.
Gameplay
He’d wander the halls, leaving a trail of black grease in his wake until coming into contact with a player, entering an ominous stare down (similar to a masked)
Though a few seconds later he’d retreat deeper, putting a healthy amount of distance between itself and the players before entering his “trap phase”
In this trap phase, it looks for a steam pipe it could tamper with (maybe prioritizing pipes that have scrap or an exit nearby) before proceeding to an “Ambush phase.”
It will create a steam leak and wait inside the cloud for an employee to attempt to turn it off.
Once coming close to the Greaser it lunges, swinging the pipe wrench frantically, hoping to use the cover of the steam to disorient its victims.
Since he is intended for the facility interior, his spawn would be in the apparatus room. Once the Apparatus is pulled, he will enter a hunt and run back to the room to search for prey.
