She is beneficial however any movement during her heal will damage you further, making her more detrimental when you cant stand still

What do I change in the configs to get rid of the mimic crates? I thought I found a tell on them, but apparently it's not always present and the game already has enough instakills
The tell is always present its just in different locations of the crate
But you can disable em in the config
Just remove their spawn weights
Oh? hmm. I wasn't able to see them but most crates spawn haphazardly within the terrain so it may have been covered
if it wasn't an inescapable grab I wouldn't mind them too much, but it's yanked people like 10 feet away on occasion that were just wandering by. It was hilarious, but it grabbed our entire stream of 7 people a while back

no way to control spawning, it spawns randomly. However it is coded to not spawn near the ship and entrances, however the update mightve messed up some values.

Yes, I've been doing test runs to balance the spawnrates of stuff
It has replaced like 60%-70% of spawns and I do have quite a lot of other mods with spawn values for enemies and scrap
One thing AI is good for it to do calculations like that, once I finally get rid of the project I'm doing I'm gonna try and manually edit the config with AI
Fingers crossed that it doesn't hallucinate and invents stuff
Btw, I think having like a base value on general options that acts as an multiplier (like if base 1, 1*spawnvalue1= normal spawn value) in order to tailor the spawnrates of all the stuff that this mod adds, wich is quite a lot

ngl this mod is interesting in some aspects, but sometimes there are things that raise questions. The only thing I can remember is the coin, dollar and wallet, i like it. But recycling scrap is a complication for the sake of complication like,.........yea
Oxyde's mechanics and intent does suffer from an issue of properly conveying information to players. We are aware and are planning to eventually revamp it. Much like the coin system which was fully reworked to be more accessible and interesting.
Force players to complete a quiz before they can start each quota until they learn Oxyde's mechanics

Yeah it can be hell to play on, alot of things are going on at once. We also have the issue of players dying early which really sucks, but were planning alot to compensate and improve that moon
alot of our stuff is experimental, some of it sticks, some of it doesnt and what doesnt we rework or scrap
Oxyde is just meant to be an alternate selling moon offering a bonus and a chance at avoidind a wipe with the merchant and rare scrap on it. high risk high reward selling with 3x sell value
however selling is not as easy, requiring key steps
but if you can think of any other issues or suggestions let us know
Personally I think Jimothy's house could be closer to the ship, its quite far away and behind a bunch of shipping crates so first time Oxyders probably won't go there immediately

ok so im assuming in this clip the person who died was not host. The particles are desynced. If the host dies in the fan everyone will see the particles but if a client dies only they will see the particles on their end. It will be fixed next patch.

How does Playzone and Obscura fit into Code Rebirth's lore if at all? Both are based around the employees of the company and CR adds a "class system" to the lore of the company (scavengers go to moons for scrap, miners do mining related stuff [unsure if there are any other roles]). Playzone is a daycare like place and Obscura is a "retirement city" for employees, I don't have all the company related CR lore so I'm unsure if either would be allowed under the company
I know lore doesn't matter for cross-mod content but I do want to know if they could fit into CR's lore

Tornados will chase after flares from LethalThings

Im unfamiliar with what the mod adds
It causes enemies to path towards them until they pop
And ig Tornados count as enemies
its interesting because different enemies respond differently to them
Coilheads and such only path towards them if they arent being watched
Butlers seem immune once aggro'd, but butler bees go after them just fine
Nutcrackers and enforcer ghosts move towards them but still aim at the player, i imagine Peacekeepers are the same
Bruce will chase after it, even though he normally only targets damaged players
etc.

You lose 5 coins per player who died on a full team wipe. Not in every death

if it becomes configurable then this would be a much more interesting "fine" system than the vanilla one
you dont lose money for routing to moons and such when you die, but it eventually makes the moons you visit harder until you remedy your debt

I turned off all the mods, but it's still the same. I ended up installing ONLY THIS MOD in a separate build, and still nothing works. Tell me what to do.

How to open a closed, new moon?
you need the oxyde tablet, spawns inside the crashing ship which has a 50% chance to show up on a every moon everyday
So i need to run around the map and find the fallen ship?
itll make a big sound when it crashes down
and it'll also have smoke coming out of it, basically hard to miss it

When I'm dead, there are no problems with that.
If your on a moon with trees tho good chance it will land in a tree and you cant get it

The config for the weights is a ton of random numbers that would take forever to change to zero
There is no toggle to just turn em off

Ya no i have no clue widership does not work with my current modpack without lobotomizing the code rebirth enemies, i reenabled widership landed and killed a butterfly only for the game to freeze when the monarch was halfway out of the ground. ima keep rebirth and remove widership as i have no clue its likely a mod that interacts with widership badly and also catchs rebirth in the cross fire
