game pick number in horizontal ( ---- ) from 0.00 to 1.00 or more. when number is picked -> how tall is number ( | ) -> assign height number to spawn weight

and lets say your config looks like this:

well the 0.6 is closest to 0.7 so it picks that one
then the number after it is how many spawns so in this case 1
