Yeah if you pick up a bell crab before killing it it does that that's because it's an enemy

You could look into BetterSpectator as an additional mod (mainly just a clock in spectate screen), and what is the problem with first person in BetterSpectate that it is disabled?
Cosmetics don't disappear when you're in first person, blocking the viewer's view

There is also Death Cause in BetterSpectator, but I still use SpectateDeathCause and disabled it, because of the text placement and Dead: instead of Cause: (and I also recommend to disable extra input)
The LobbyControl command is missing on the terminal home screen btw
It's now automatic, so it's no longer needed unless you wanna make something specific with this mod

also curious about FairAI and BetterScanVision
two bugs: a friend has some problems with typing on the terminal (works after interecting with the terminal a few times) and furniture position works but does not let you see it the first time you start the lobby, default layout instead (friend joined and sees the normal layout)

the bug with the furniture is only after a second save in the same session, the first lobby after game started looks normal, and I see more moon selection on the green terminal

When you load the modpack for the first time, it may take up to 5 minutes to fully load.
yes for 4 of us it worked but 2 are infinitly long stuck in a blackscreen with no response, maybe its a hardware issue
When you are on the black screen with the LethalCompany logo on the taskbar, it means that it is almost ready to load.
do any of your mates have max 16gb ram and can run the modpack? seems like that is the issue. both of them have max 16gb ram while we 4 have more

It may take a little bit longer to load the modpack, but when it is at 100% the loading will automatically close so you can launch the game.

not even virtual memory is saving me and i have 16 gb physical

I have a laptop gtx 1060 with 16gb ram, it loads in 3-5 minutes
i've loaded much longer
and I have 16 gb and 32 gb reserved in virtual .... and it started complaining about disk space during loading (mod cache might've been at fault partly but physical should've been enough)
i've already wiped the profile a long bit ago, i doubt output will say much else. also weird to have bep console not showing during the entire process
The console was deactivated in the config of BepInEx
Just a warning that some of the scraps in VanillaContentExpansion are quite broken and can make it so you can't back out of a lobby, they also won't be removed when you get fired

Just came across this pack after the mod pack that my friend configured started having a lot of fps issues (and after I tried to fix it by removing and configuring shiz, that thing is not playable anymore).
I have a question regarding this mod pack, started a few games and noticed that it is considerably darker, in case my group will hate it, do you member what mod affects that ?
Also, what is the avg fps you have from session to session?

How does the Rich Presence show modpack logo and name? Did you set it somewhere or did LethalRichPresence take it randomly and you don't know either?

qq, are interiors bound to moons in this mod ? or there are moons where interiors are generated randomly for a list ?
just noiced that so far the moons that I have unlocked seem to have the same interiors
does the longer days mod that this uses scale the enemy spawns to the time?
It seems so in my tests with Imperium cus I added it to my pack, it only makes days slightly longer so even if it doesn't it's not an issue
Still the slight change is really nice for moons like Pinnacle and StarlancerZero
In the more ship upgrades config, I noticed you have landing thrusters disabled? If it's okay with you, mind telling me why? Trying to make a modpack and never went through each upgrade seperately until now

hello, i got a question, is there anyway to activate quota rollover for the modpack?
and i have a problem that the monitor that shows the profit quota (top left) doesnt show or update the quota correctly at all, is there anyway to fix this?

additionally: I can't seem to die, and once the meltdown happens and the ship leaves, I am not dead, the game sin't ending and I cannot leave the facility

Hello, im experiencing an issue with the modpack, my FPS drops to 20-30 when the ship lands in experimentation and assurance, in the company building i dont have this problem as it stays at 144 FPS. Know what could be causing this?

Not sure what's causing it, but having some issues with the dungeon generation. Main entrance on Experimentation is saying it appears to be blocked, and all entrances on Assurance are saying the same

I'm waiting for some mods to remove their April Fools version to launch an update
now the mic works but when i try to join my friend or he tries i got stuck somewhere
anyway why all entrances are blocked how can we enter the building
No idea if this is any help but I found that updating 51 mods in the pack got rid of the FPS issue (20-30 fps once on any moon) for me, the host.
But as you probably know, updating mods separately from the modpack isn't very smart and causes the infamous black screen for any clients joining 
One step forward, two steps back
I'll do more digging to see if I can find a temporary solution, the new Megalophobia version looks really promising
Also a bug I found when playing with friends; the moon prices would randomly change (e.g. Adamance going from costing 900 to 0) only for the host. The prices don't change for other clients. Haven't been able to reproduce the bug playing alone
this is fixed on the next version

I suggest disabling Eden next patch, there's a rock near fire exit thats invisible, but as soon as you step inside of it it becomes a visible solid and traps you 
Also managed to trigger the moon price bug again, only happens with 2+ players

I must inform you that a bug has unfortunately been discovered that prevents the game from being played safely within the modpack.
This bug only occurs when the modpack is downloaded from ThunderStore, and despite investigations with various programmers, including the mod's main developer, no clear cause or adequate fix for the error has been found.
The bug relates to a mod API called LoaforcSoundAPI, which is a dependency of an important mod of mine called LethalResonance. According to the in-game logs, sounds do not load correctly despite being played within the game itself. This is confusing for the game, impeding networking and, as a result, preventing the moon input from being generated correctly.
As a result, I have decided to update the modpack solely through code, as it has been proven that this method does not generate the error, allowing proper play.
We will continue to investigate until a solution is found for the mod API causing this bug, but in the meantime, modpack updates will not be received in the Thunderstore.
We apologize for the inconvenience and hope you enjoy the modpack without further issues.

@wind elbow the reason it's breaking is because of mod manager protections. the mod's zip contains
BepInEx -> plugins -> LethalResonance-LETHALRESONANCE -> LethalResonance
and you only include the replacers folder and no sounds folder
I guess this is to provide overrides for resonance in your modpack but this doesn't work when extract by managers.
however what happens instead is this gets extracted into
BepInEx -> plugins -> Megalophobia-MECHANOPHOBIA -> LethalResonance-LETHALRESONANCE -> LethalResonance
this effectively creates a duplicate of the resonance sound pack, which i think sound api can deal with, but the problem comes from the fact that there is no sounds folder, and because of the validation bug it breaks down

I would recommend for https://thunderstore.io/c/lethal-company/p/Megalophobia/CLOTHOPHOBIA/ instead of taking the .cosmetics and bundling them up and potentially license stuff, just dependant the mods and if you don’t like the amount of cosmetics a mod might have request they make a lite version or to have permission to upload those. It’s nothing bad just thinking because I got very confused on a video when I saw 4 of my cosmetics and nothing else instantly thinking someone stole assets in my mod and republished it. :3

They are and I’m fine with it really but it’s just I feel the mods should just be dependants to try and solve licensing issues and it gets the mods more support where they came from instead of just a team name

I'm still in the process of it but basically there is a formula for it. I'll have to see which parts should be tweaked and how they are affected depending on the abscence of luck (my pack has luck disabled) so you can have the quota increase proportionte to your moons. So the more moons, the less the increase

I think it's a good time to make some important announcements regarding the future of this modpack.
First and foremost, no... This modpack isn't abandoned, but I have had to make some important decisions to ensure the future and relevance of this set of mods.
It all starts with the most important thing...
When is the new v3.2.0 version of MEGALOPHOBIA coming out?
The new v73-compatible update for Lethal Company is planned for release in October. But ultimately, this decision is currently out of my control. Why? Because I'm waiting for the update of some important mods that underpin the modpack.
Among those important mods are:
- CodeRebirth: It's confirmed to be released in a few days, so I hope to see the expected results from that.
- UsualScrap: We've received a response from the modder regarding a fix for v73 compatibility very soon.
- ~~ DarmuhTerminalStuff: Earlier on the previous week, Darmuh showed teasers and tests of his new update, although he hasn't seen much activity or progress in recent days. I hope to see more soon.~~ (UPDATED)
- Biodiversity: There's not much information on the progress of his v73-compatible update. If I don't see any progress with that mod, I'll have to make some decisions about releasing it without this full mod, even though it pains me greatly.
- BetterSpraypaint: There hasn't been a response from the modder regarding an update for this mod. I'd like to see more updates, but for now, I just have to wait.
- PiggysVarietyStuff: This is the only mod that, as of this announcement, I haven't seen any progress or any news from the main modder or the partner who plans to fix it. It's the one I'll most likely have to uninstall until further notice.
What other changes are you making to the modpack?
The process of updating my modpack through its branches (Mechanophobia, Cosmophobia, etc.) has made my recent updates more complicated than I expected, so I've decided to delete the branches and publish the general modpack with all dependencies and configuration.
I remind you that the modpack I created is mostly created and maintained by a single person, which is why I've decided to use some techniques to make it easier for me to deliver changes as quickly as possible.
