Can't join majority of modded lobbies

hey, my friend and I have been having issues finding modded lobbies that we can join without getting an error and we've looked at all of our mods and ours are updated and most are client sided so we don't know if maybe a new mod came out that everyones using or what the issue is. Any ideas?

You cant join random lobbies even if you have the same mods, because configs can be mismatched

also lc api doesnt work on v50

Was just about to say this lol. Ya, joining random lobbies is gambling. You need to have the same mod list for most mods. Exactly. Unless host only etc.

that's incorrect, all of the mods they have are client side so config mismatches don't apply

plus majority of mods that require synced configs have config syncing built in

You can join a latecompany lobby without latecompany however you wouldn't be able to invite friends (I wouldn't suggest joining a lobby that's not in orbit without having latecompany tho)

Its like I dont care if you and your friends do but if you want mods to buff yourself or fuck with others in other people games to ruin them thats just ass

yeah i usually just leave public lobbies where people use speed mods n stuff

I usually host with lethal escape tho

speed mods, unlimited stamina etc just result in the person never dying from enemies

so i dont even get how they find it fun

most enemies are owned by the host

some like the ghost girl arent though (but she can go outside anyway)
