So ye- this adds little book to write in, you can type out what you are thinking, and even draw silly little pictures.
This is mainly for documentation purposes, but you could also just, document your life and thoughts of your work:3

An intriguing idea.

Maybe feasible to have a new terminal tab where you can type in "add Entry_1" and then "edit Entry_1" to write in the log file, for example. Possibility of sharing text configs between clients? A workaround for the bestiary entries bugging out because of modded entities?

Unsure how many crews would take the time out of their sessions to dedicate to diary writing, though. If they really wanted to share their experience they could just make a new .txt file on their desktop and write there.

you could also just have a journal at hand to write as you observe enemy behavior

and then have an in-game feature that allows you to import them into the terminal as logs

would also be cool if it let you copy the text to also take it out of the game (since otherwise you'd lose your pretty little entry after a game over)

either that or you could make the journal save to the player instead of the save file, don't know if that's possible

but I feel like most people would simply not write entries again for the same enemies they wrote entries for on old lost saves cuz they'd just write the same thing

But yeah, maybe writing down logs like Sigurd in the terminal. But also maybe an actual handheld one to keep notes or just as another diary thing

It sounds really cool, but I'm wondering how you plan to synchronize it between servers, let other people read it, basically save it somewhere? I'm not sure that a mod within a single save would make much sense, because all records would be lost
