[WIP] Re-Implement Old Dine

Kinda using this post to "call dibs" on this since I'm assuming it'll be a somewhat common question. W/ a change coming to the next LethalLevelLoader update I can easily re-implement Old Dine in a way where if you route to dine it has a random chance of picking old or new dine. Maybe in the future I'll have like a submenu so you can select different regions of a moon? but for initial release this shouldn't take that long at all once v50 is out.

see this is why in my modpack I made dine a tier 2 map similar to offense and march, and I ended up going to it a lot

with the easy access to fire exit using an extension ladder

but I do prefer new dine by a mile

the turret part is funny once and then it just becomes the planet to visit if you wanted to wipe

biggest problem with dine was that it had inside enemies that were much more dangerous than rend and the outside danger was like 1.5x more dangerous for no real reason, just 2 more average scrap than rend had, not worth

also idk if its actually 1.5x, pulled that number out of nowhere, but it serves the point

My biggest problem with v50 was that it didn’t add any new types of moons. Just an another forest moon that still looks to simaler to vow and march.
