ok new thing i thought of: if you die by masked means (putting on a mask, getting turned by a masked) there's a decently low chance that you get to control the masked employee. basically, how it works is: everything in first-person is the same except you only have 3 inventory slots, and your vision is tinted red. you can "sense" when people are behind walls (very subtle tho, this can be toggled off) and you can press a key to put your arms up. to prevent just chilling with your friends, you will be constantly persuaded to turn them and sometimes involuntarily walk towards them.

maybe an item that's a fake mask that always appears as comedy, you can toggle it being latched on your face and while it's latched on masked ignore you and you can do the masked arms out animation with a button toggle

This is what my mod does (https://discord.com/channels/1168655651455639582/1209275419505860719), with the mask latching in final stages of testing before an update; though without the arms raising yet because of complications

I do think this is more of a modpack than single mod with the number of things going on

Like I said, the update I'm doing final testing for tonight should let you latch it onto your face too (plan to release that if I find no bugs)
