What I believe you are asking for.

Drastically increased spawn cap interrior/exterrior, Faster Spawns, Preferance for high power monsters, outdoor monsters spawn immediately, Moon Red, Skybox light Red, Sky Red hue

eclipses give everything a blood red hue

and it increases indoor/outdoor spawn rates significantly while also allowing night time creatures at the start of the day

The Blood Moon could be cool if it just ignores power level at all, if it it spawns 'blood' versions of existing enemies like in Terraria

Which at the same time can immediately also be a 'When Day Breaks' reference, since LC is so SCP inspired. :'D

There could be different functions if you want it more accurate to Terraria's Blood Moon, instead of a reskin.

Like a 'harder' version of vanilla creatures

It could also do maybe a %chance of converting vanilla creatures into a 'Blood mob', ranging from 10% of the list to 100% of the list

I think a bloodmoon is an eclispe but only for the night, and when this happens (the sunsets) the ship's power completey turns off and all equipement no longer work.
