how to install lethallib?

hey so I've modded my game before multiple times, without the mod manager, and noticed some mods need lethal lib and evaisa-hookgenpatcher, so I was just wondering how I'm mean to install lethal lib, as I do not believe dragging it into the plugins folder worked?

I think LethalLib is a patcher so it goes in there instead

LethalLib folder goes in BepInEx\plugins

For HookGenPatcher the config & patchers folders go in BepInEx\
