Speaking of locked doors, one time I got insane luck on Azure.
It was facility, and there was a sizable part of the interior which, as I found out, was completely locked away by doors. I discovered that fact when a bracken stared me down through a locked door, yet instead of getting angry he just kept staring at me.
When backtracking I discovered he had no way to pathfind towards me since all the doors to that "right side" of the interior were locked.

Gloom question. In pre-journey version of the moon bundle ||Gloom's main entrance was always open and the fire escapes (minus the cabins) were sealed. Tripping a detonator would unlock the fire escapes but seal off the entrance which wasn't an issue due to the hidden cave that leads to main. Now everything is sealed from the start minus the cabins and tripping a detonator unlocks the fire escape caves, but the main entrance & alternate cave to main remains blocked.|| Did something change with this mechanic?

Late reply but I've had that occasionally happen to me, but it only happens when I close the game, change the config, and relaunch LC without relaunching the mod manager. If I wipe the save, close LC, change the config, and restart R2, everything works fine. Granted I think my issue stems from using LMU.
