could also hook it up to the button for the lights, make it trigger on a second button press so if you have to turn them on again after a random shut-off he's gone

the outside spider on infernis deosnt really do anything; it just runs into a corner and then never moves again unless you hit it. is this just.. what happens when you put interior monsters outside
thats just what it always has done, same for nutcracker on etern, is because their not normally meant outside

Enemies seem to be able to use the Navmesh outside, it's the AI nodes that aren't properly getting set

the first number after the name is outdoor enemies count mostly based on the size of the moon and the # of doors
I made it so that in Easy the only new modded enemies are rolling giants and boombas inside, still those 2 in intermediate but rare chance for 096 and fiend, hard ditches the boomba and moves the rolling giant to daytime, Very hard puts 096 outside during the day as well and gives the fiend a pretty decent spawn chance

I can't check at the moment because I'm away from my computer but it was a couple of days ago. If I try to load into infernis for example, it would stay stuck at the loading screen

Not counting any dependency mods, I got all of Wesley's moons, weather multipliers, open bodycams, late company,ship loot and three other moons by sfDesat
- Weather Multipliers: AdvancedCompany has its own implementation of it
- LateCompany: AdvancedCompany has its own implementation of it
That may be why but I don't know if I should assume that you have this WITH AC or you added them as alternatives AFTER removing AC
Ill disable those and try again with AC

It shouldn't but I heard that there were some issues with Office interior currently with other mods. I am not sure what they are as I do not use the mod

atlantica doesnt seem to be spawning many if any enemies outside and inside
outside makes sense cus when i played it a lot of outside enemies spawned just outside but very close to the map floating for some reason lol

I liked the flooding visually but not mechanically so it's purely visual and lowers when you go deep enough
Couldve been awesome though if the water went up and down slowly at each interval, kinda like Mario sidescrolling levels where the water rises and falls.

Bunker Spider spawns on Infernis and Nutcracker spawns on etern outside
As @willow plank said, that normally happens. However, without an AI fixing mod of sorts, the inside enemies don't function correctly much outside
if you want them to function, get something like Lethal Escape

I think Lethal escape has a config
and if it does - you can just disable all enemies from going in and out
but having the mod alone fixes their pathing outside (i think... I haven't done this myself)

The number of nutcrackers on Etern, especially when they all just walk to ship and sit outside of it, really kind of ruins it for me. I think if there weren't so many, or if they were wandering the map like baboon hawks, I wouldn't mind it.

i have lethal escape but the bunker spider didnt move for me and didnt make any damage. essentially it was just a statue i could walk through. i thought its just a visual thing

This was a screenshot from an Infernis using MI's interior. I know the orangeish lighting is one of Infernis' unique quirks like Gratar's red lights, but I also noticed a prominent lighting that moves relative to the sun's position that heavily bleeds into the Bunker interior almost like it's trying to light the interior like it would the surface. I thought it may be an issue with the interior specifically, but the bleeding also appears in factory, just far less noticeably. Is this lighting bleed through intended or nah?

@granite lily after going downwards inside atlantica, the water started infinitely lowering. after i went outside, all the rain effects from it being stormy disappeared.
also all the moons seem to use the christmas dropship for some reason

all my custom moons that have custom interiors on are pretty laggy for some reason
other LE moons seem to have been able to fix the weather issue though. also, i thought the water just lowered to keep the same height with you instead of vanishing permanently when you go down a bit

the worst part was at the end when i rode the elevator up. i had two peepers on me and there was a dog next to the ship. i learned the worst way that peepers make noise when close to dogs. but i lived! friend didn't though. got wormed.

It could be that some interiors have a unintended trigger for some of the sounds Wesley has (I have no actual idea or skilled information). I had one instance with a friend group on Gratar and Sewer Interior, the announcer guy kept saying lines one after another coming from my friends character
it was either sewer or office interior I don't remember, but the point still stands
feels like (if possible) that the default outdoors music that plays in lethal company should be disabled on maps like infernis that have intro music

It's wrong. The audio played before the ground shake is even a second long, .33 second timer after that wouldn't even give enough time for the audio to play and would end up overlapping- this doesn't happen in vanilla?

Thats just a fail factor, theres other conditions with the worm chasing that consists of the danger of the entity. You can disengage the chase via gamer skills but if you allow it to catch you then thats your fault

It has a grace period for targetting and a grace period for emerging. For sake of explanation here, "targetting" is when you hear it mumble, "emerging" is when you see the particles. I think the emerging time can be as low as .33 seconds. I don't know the exact targetting time but it can also be very low. I've personally experienced around a .5 second time between targetting -> emerging -> kill, which was not reactable.

200+ hours here and never seen the worm not attack when it's under, I was under the impression that while you're close by it makes its chase sound then when it's under you it jumps up, the jump is anywhere between 0.33 and 2 seconds from what they said above which makes sense from my playing around
And you can definitely react to 0.33 seconds of a kill when you're literally being screamed warnings by the chase audio lol

Relevant to Wesley's Moons, I'm noticing dropships aren't appearing anymore. Like I'll buy something and it won't drop, and the NEXT moon (if it's vanilla?) it'll drop. Is anyone else having that issue? I figure since I haven't seen anyone else mention it it's probably some other mod conflict.

Ah, I'm also experiencing on non-wesley moons too it seems lol. Confirmation bias or whatver just from ONLY going to wesley moons like 90% of the time if I'm going to a modded moon.
I haven't had that problem, likely is an incompatibility issue. On another note, all of the moons' costs got automatically set to 0 for me. Does anyone know what the price for Atlantis and Asteroid-13 are supposed to be so I can fix it with AC?

I'm trying to get the custom dungeon mods (Scoopy's, MoreInteriors, SCP, etc) working on the Wesley maps and can't get them to work. The only one that does work is ScarletDevilMansion. Any clue why that's the case / possible fixes?
how do you have their configs set?
The config for the dungeon mods are set to "all" for which moons they can spawn on. LLL is left mostly default.
what rarity do you have them at?
I set all to 300 equally
They all load on vanilla maps just fine, but not modded. I keep trying to tweak the config to no avail
maybe try downgrading LLL to 1.0.7? you'd have to downgrade moreinteriors to 2.1.0 and downgrade SDM to 1.2.1 aswell. the most recent versions of LLL are rather buggy, especially with LE moons

Load up a save (new or existing) once so that any modded enemies/scrap/moons get populated
you need to host the world with the mods at least once

Did you do anything to affect the giant? I had a similar laggy log spam when I tried the kill everything mod. Took it off bc of that (and giants just stand there and don't actually despawn lol)
Also I'm lovin the outside nutcrackers on etern with the fix, never really seen too many - baboon hawks on the other hand....
But I have the motion sense giant mod so it between giants/nutcrackers it turns the outside into red light green light, very fun

The giant hide areas are also great places to hide when the nutcrackers are chasing and get them back to patrolling. Hard to blame that article bc it really does feel like breaking into area 51 with a bunch of nutcrackers marching around patrolling

try downgrading LLL to v1.0.7 and more interiors to v2.1.0, the most recent LLL version breaks LE moons a bit and the most recent more interiors version is made for the most recent LLL version

i really liked asteroid 13 and atlantica, asteroid 13 is really beautiful when it works
and atlantica's bridges falling etc is really unique
Honestly, kinda fell in love with Infernis because it looked like it belonged to vanilla a lot but also had its unique red color compared to the usual bright orange/brown/yellow/white that most planets seem to default to. Acidir is also great because it actually defines itself more as a mansion, and the witchcraft based scrap is amazing, making Masa really want to see like the Witch from Left 4 Dead there, or another Witch/Wendigo/Harpy esque creature. Asteroid 13 absolutely NAILS the horror vibe. Masa is very unsettled while in that moon its crazy (also the reason why Masa may or may not have played that moon the least because Masa is a coward ;w;)
Its a hard choice though for sure, but quick thoughts make Masa think of Infernis, Acidir and Asteroid 13. They are all amazing though, none of them are bad <3
The biggest thing that Masa loves in general about your moons is the uinique theme that plays at the start, the fact that it HAS a unique thing revolving around them, both mechanically and environmentally, and the best touches, imo, that it gives the interior something as well. Your moons give interiors personality, so its like a 2 in 1 deal.
I do really like seeing the combinations of new interiors and the stuff I put inside some of the interiors

I really like Atlantica feat. all exits start sinking around 5 and submerges later. I use either the diving kit from LGU or flippers from AC to make it out while its late. Then watching them prop back up when looking out the ship while taking off.

Infernis pretty much for the atmosphere, the ambient, music, and environment design, its just great to look at it, and then feeling how you have that constant sound of the volcano rumbling, and with the particle effects, damn man!

Atlantica - I love Bioshock, and i love everything that makes it similar looking, having water halfway is maybe mean to most, because of either boomba, mines or teleporter traps, but it gives you a cool flooded feeling, or a general point of "oh this planet surely hasn't been touched for a while"

Acidir reminds me way to much off a combination with Upturned the beginning and rend/dine, it gives me a feeling of its being real, also its a rare map that is found darker then usual

and my last favourite one on my list is Asteroid13, I hate coilheads to a passion, and combined with lethalresonanse, boy is this all scary! walking around finding the light source of someones attempt of a civiliation save attempt, and them boom, its a monster world of coilheads, and inside, what awaits you? not the fake coilheads, but the real one! Bam!
etern is prob my most fav because the sound of sizzling and the ambient sounds of the monsters like a faint jester or coilhead tricked my friend into thinking there was a jester

Pretty much 100% agree with Masa here on the moons. I'd also add that Atlantica+flood (or storm) looks amazing and I can't wait to see how that plays with a big team, though I haven't had the chance yet. Nor have I had a chance to play with a big team on Asteroid so I'm curious how that might work ||do coilheads already spawn outside there btw?||
For the old 3 moons that I've actually had a good chance to play on, Infernis is probably the best designed overall in terms of vibe/atmosphere/variety(from the base game)/gameplay. The outside map itself is so well designed to make it feel bigger than it is, so it's still small enough that it's not a huge trek to get to the facility through any of the entrances. Idk why but every game with all my friends on Infernis has been extremly chaotic and memorable. I have high hopes for Etern given the outside patch too with all the nutcrackers.

For whatever reason me being unable to get LEcore to work with my pack means I can't check to see if the sun texture works on vulcan with LEcore, but according to the patchnotes it works on both.

shot in the dark but do you have the motion sensor mod? I noticed that one caused a lot of lag, presumably due to the optimization of the model for the device
My most favorite is probably Asteroid, it feels so unique. I also noticed no one mentioned Polaris probably but I really like it. Especially fire exit routes behind the ship, love those icy corridors.
atlantica, it's very different from any moon I've seen before and the flooded interior is a sick addition even if it's purely visual (wish it was an actual mechanic though)

Honestly they are all amazing! For my favorite I am split between Infernis and Etern! They are both so much fun to play on gameplay vise! Love the FireExit paths on Infernis and Etern has very fun monster spawns. Atmosphere-vise my favorite is Asteroid13 tho, awesome visuals and scary atmosphere

Nah, we were playing with backrooms mod, multiple weather effects, and some client stuff like aeioucompany
We were also using FairAI, snatchin bracken, and lethal doors but those haven't lagged us before
But yeah I'm gonna look into it tonight
it should be fixed when it comes out "in the next 5 hours or so"
Hey, is there a mod that lists all the moons you have in the terminal properly? Included the modded ones? For whatever reason they dont show up on my moon list, they are definitely in the game though.

The custom interiors tend to have way more detail etc, lods probs need optimising more too and such with shadowcasters. There's a culling mod, works with most of the interiors and sure they're working towards getting it sorted for the new interiors that just dropped too! 😄
I'm using the office interior will the culling mod and still get heavy amounts of lag unfortunately ;-;
Even vanilla interiors i get lag, just more noticeable with modded ones

So using most the mods from last night, i was still rocking 5-10 fps on asteroid
non-modded moons were fine
i got the log to come back and whenever i was on Asteroid this was spammed the entire time
Non-modded moons wouldnt have this spammed, and didnt lag
Im gonna unistall all mods except for asteroid and see if it still appears/lags
which i expect it not to since I was testing asteroid a couple days ago and was chilling

I lag when controlling the enemies but walking around as a person normally I was fine without lag

probably but on average my laptop gets like quarter as much with an RTX 2060 Max-Q (which is a pretty weak GPU) and R7 4800HS (a terrible CPU when it comes to single-core performance)
So that would mean I would get at least 40 fps
let me demonstrate on experimentation if there's a difference
so far experimentation ran buttery smooth for me
only running asteroid and its dependcies
