A wind screen is moreso designed to stop wind noise - hence the name, it's why you see them on shotgun mics and lav mics used outdoors. Pop filters are more designed to stop plosives, like harsh sounds such as "p"'s. To some extent each of them do some of both but they're better at their respective jobs. It's why you see youtubers using both of them a lot of times.

A muffler help nullify that, so B's and P's in speech dont peak the microphone with wind sounds

so if you have Airhorn-33, Airhorn-32, and Airhorn-35 (equals 100%) everytime you use the airhorn you would have ROUGHLY a 1/3 chance to hear any of those 3 sounds

so if he has the manual version you need to open the BepinEx folder shown, then open the plugins folder and take out LethalResonance and place it in the first folder

I personally really like both scanner sounds. However I think that they both have a different “feel” to them I guess you could say? What I mean by that is I feel like Pixel’s scanner works better for a modpack focused on being more towards making the game more scary. As for Moroxide’s, I feel like it works better for modpacks that are meant to be.. silly.. I guess?? To me it sounds more cartoonish so I feel like it fits better in less serious mod packs
