giants went from being the most dangerous outdoor enemy to being the most bullied

btw @limpid portal with the current version of meltdown experimental you should be able to customise what color the emergency lights flash on your moons (it also changes the interior for now until i get that finished)
and also in v2.5 you can define custom lights that flash outside (if a moon doesn't have the object i just grab all lights outside) so you could add even more lights that flash lmao

powerlevel is now split into outsidepowerlevel and insidepowerlevel, and RoundManager.dungeonFlowTypes was changed so each dungeon has their own maptilesize value

Spent my DunGen time today aligning my tiles to a grid after establishing a base 3x3 room prefab so that pretty much everything will seamlessly flow and extra connections can be made by overlapping doors (which is harder than it sounds, DunGen doesn't directly support generating loops)
I also made all of the geometry one-sided for performance purposes. Here's a nice teaser :3

Does the place where the loop occurs make use of a setup like this, where it's one tile but it has a wall in-between so it can connect to different doors on both sides while still being one tile that is otherwise impassable inside of itself?
If not, that might be a cool idea for a tile, to have one that you can really go non-standard with the boundary shapes inside of itself, but is just an overall bigger tile that connects to separate paths on both sides of the dividing wall(s)

IIRC that's part of the way that the diagonal walls that Zeeker added in the facility work. They have like 7 different door-connection possibilities but they have several variations where there's a dividing walls in the middle, so that you can get a diagonal room where it connects to one path here and another path here but still on the same tile
And you can make the wall diagonal, entire circular, etc etc, because it's an "interior" wall to the tile itself
It's a great idea and I've already got a couple ideas from it

I dont really play LC in general very much anymore but from what ive seen ||the spike traps can be a bit unbalanced & spawn in very odd locations. But I'm pretty sure theres new sounds for them so its easier to tell if they are above you.||

lol maybe, i was trying to add better ship detection so it stays further away but navmeshbuilding is so weird and it's something that can cause performance issues if not done write during patching, couldnt get much help figuring out some stuff so ill just not work on that and add a tiny detector similar to what wormAI does and increase the scale of the enemy itself rather than being simulated as aforest giant

Ive seen it on Lunx's streams. The clear weather anim switches to eclipse/stormy vice versa unless im wrong and it only switches from the clear to eclipse/stormy and not back again

Because the selected effect is enabled on round start and it's disabled on round end

For our custom anims we could add support for mrovs stuff by adding transition states inbetween our sun anim states

Cuz it doesn't happen on vanilla moons, at least not noticeably, which means either the vanilla moons are really just that much more performant or there's something funky going on with modded moons in general

it disables as soon as you walk out of the ship door if the triggers are set up correctly

I would assume it's some reverb triggers at the edge of the door
I don't know the names, but they show up in free cam in UnityExplorer iirc
I'd think so too, but I copy the vanilla reverb triggers around the ship
if PlayerControllerB.isInShip or whatever it's called isn't being set correctly, then those triggers are probably not working
if you think it might be those cameras causing your performance problems, you should check with UnityExplorer whether the cameras are enabled
I'm not actually sure if those triggers are part of SampleSceneRelay or have to be created on the actual moon
