rn the moons are showing up in the terminal on accident to be honest, I'm meant to be using my cached version of moons catalog list but im using the basegame reference which im assuming your flooding in with the LE moons. let me know but next update i can instead use my cached version as a paramter and then you can just add whatever moons on after the fact

If you're talking about stuff like tape, canned food, etc. it's from LethalExpansion's default modules, so try this.
In your file explorer, go to %appdata%
From there go to r2modmanPlus-local -> LethalCompany -> profiles -> [Whatever profile you have LE installed in] -> BepInEx -> plugins -> HolographicWings-LethalExpansion
Delete templatemod.lem
It may be in a folder called "modules" if it's not in the root folder there
This fixed random modded scrap from the base LethalExpansion mod showing up on my custom moon
It's possible that, if the mods you have made the scrap with LethalSDK, they might have copied over a "Per Planet Spawn Weight" list from the template scrap that globally injects the scrap into every moon, including modded ones
Though how that's preventing vanilla scrap from spawning, I'm afraid I don't have any insight
for me it wasn't from all mods, but it only spawned custom loot from 2 different mods, only on custom moons

I only saw syringes from the druggie scrap and quarter jars/zip jars, no idea which mod that is if anyone knows lmao
i can defintly confirm that only modded scrap (from every modeed mons) could spawn on modded moon, no vanilla scrap, but LECore just updated to fix vanilla scrap spawn so that might have fixed the "too much" modded scrap proleme
i was more talking about only christmas scrap like stars and shit like that, but i think it was linked to the christmas map, not lethal expansion
but this fix need to be done by every player it wouldn't carry on a shared list trhough r2 right?
I believe you are correct. My suggestion was more of a debugging step to see if LethalExpansion was the root cause

anyway @violet yew i found 2 more issue, first is that u cant use the map waterridge (standalone) with LEC it freeze on seed, so you have to use LoadDefaultBundles, but that also load "Test moon", would be nice if you find a way to remove test moon

second issue i am not sure its related to u, but TV Loader seems to be broken and don't use the .mp3 from other tv mod, it just get stuck on a frozen vanilla picture

egypt had custom and vanilla, though there was a seed that was all vanilla
infernis mostly its own scrap but had a tiny bit of vanilla
secret labs mostly vanilla but a tiny bit of custom here and there
maybe it's not necessarily an issue and it's just how moons are configured, idk if that's a thing, though aquatis definitely seemed to be vanilla only

oh yea speaking of moon catalogue, im not sure if its a problem with NewTerminal mod or LE itself but when you make a custom moon catalogue, the [planetTime] attribute is just always desyncing
it seems like wherever you put that it ignores its placement and just looks up if its in that specific row, and just displays the weather condition of that row, instead of the planet

also, is this normal that the monitor is in "HUD" mode like its not displayed directly by the computer screen but on your view? like when u are using the computer if you turn your head the text moove too

@violet yew huge new issue on map #1188590906497060894 since it relies on LLL for the moon it completly lags when loading the level down to like 10 fps with insane load times
so you need to find a solution to actual modded moons in LLL

Figured I'd drop this in here as well in case it's fixable on LECore's end: the latest update for Advanced Company (v1.0.106) which added a method to change the prices of moons and the timeflow of moons is completely incompatible with LECore at the moment.
Advanced Company has so many issues it needs to fix itself

Not really? It's mostly only incompatible with LECore and ReservedSlots at the moment. Most other mods it's incompatible with it already contains the functionality of and therefore just disables them. We're also talking about a mod that adds the functionality of BiggerLobby, ShipLobby, and many other mods, all of which break more mods individually than AC does combined. I'm not saying AC is perfect, but like, cut the man some slack, lol.

Eh, the approach is better than being unresponsive, I've got 75 mods and up until this last update it works pretty seamlessly with all of them. He's a busy man with a ton of work to do to make everything compatible and so far the effort I've seen is there. Better compatibility with other mods than regular LethalExpansion at the moment. /shrug

All I know is as someone who has made mods before and knows the struggle, especially when you're effectively fixing the entirety of vanilla netcode for new features like joining mid-game, having 32 players, cosmetics, weather, etc to all play nicely compared to installing individual mods and hoping, I feel Potatoe is doing gods work and being shat on for it by certain people, and I don't play that game

Does anyone know how to disable the original Lethal Expansion without getting rid of the custom moon mods I have? I want to use Lethal Expansion Core but if I disable Lethal Expansion it gets rid of everything that depends on it.

you dont have to do it disables its features with the core
but i also dont think you can unless its a manual installment
since the dependency is forced onto it so if you try to uninstall it you uninstall everything linked to it

This problem may be that the front module "lethal level loader" of the dungeon module "scroopys variety mod" you used conflicts with the front module "lethal expansion" of the map "the end" I made, because the problem that the No.2 fire door could not be used originally appeared when I made "the end", so I set two doors that would lead to the same door. If the original dungeon(not mod dungeon) is used, this problem will also occur. Otherwise, we can only wait for "lethal expansion" to fix.

Hello, is there a way to increase "ScrapAmountMultiplier" and "ScrapValueMultiplier" like in LethalExpansion? Have a couple "difficulty" mods and would like to get a bit more money to balance things out.
LECore doesn't have that functionality, however Advanced Company does have scrap adjustment settings on a per moon basis
And is compatible with LECore at least rn
so its good to have both the core and the normal one

It's just a template for users of the SDK to build their mod from. It's a plane with 2 doors and the ship, but it's hidden from the moon list since there's no point in including it

For some reason even with that + that version of wateridge it stopped showing up for the in-game moon list and I could not puzzle it out with troubleshooting (down to trying removing all of the other custom moon mods from the equation, etc.) Vexing because I do dig having it in the rotation.
Change this setting to True in LECore's config file, that should fix it assuming nothing has changed
No dice, sadly 😔 I see it load the .lem during the console bootup, but it is omitted from the moons list and you can't blind-fire for it with wateridge etc. as search terms.

It had been appearing for a session or two but I haven't been able to get it back since. It's quite perplexing.
Something's scuffed, running -just LECore & the LECoreBundle oldseaport.lem with nothing else it still doesn't show up
I'm stumped at the moment, I tried a clean sweep of all config files and everything and confirm it's still saying it's loading the lem.
I don't suppose there's any way on the user-end to modify the presented order of moons? It would be handy if it were possible to do so just for the sake of being able to reorder them to group low / mid / high-difficulty moons together for ease o fuse.
I asked for this a while back and was told it wasn't something they could easily add so idk

Still trying to wrap my head around what could have happened with the seaport map, I busted down the mod loadout to just that with core, tried that config setting both as true and false and nothing -- but I know I had it showing up like a day ago after using the same version of both that I'm using now.

I only installed LEC for the terminal moons fix and i swore that both mods worked
I also enabled it in the config, but it still overwrites it
since r2modman can remove dependencies without also removing dependents now, could you remove LE and just have LEC

I've tried a lot of things and can't get it to work without either adding wateridge & christmas village or making it so no LE maps show in terminal

by default an audio source is global, and the SDK create one with default settings if missing
and refer the audio source in it's scrap asset
just drop the prefab in the audio source field
or open the prefab and drop the object that contain the audio source in the field

LECore disables LE when it runs, so it doesn't matter whether you delete LE or not

LethalExpansion does, but LethalExpansionCore doesn't do anything except load modded moons and scrap (which is different from base LethalExpansion). If you're having frame issues it's likely either A. A specific moon, or B. Another mod.
@violet yew There's an incompatibility with this mod and Solo's Bodycams which causes the bodycam to freeze in place when landing specifically on custom moons. https://streamable.com/id4vct
When landing on a custom moon, this error appears in the console.
also note that the only mods that i'm currently using are LECore, some custom moon mods (Starlancer, Etern, Infernis, Acidir), and Solo's Bodycams, so it's not an incompatability caused by a different mod.

It's thunderstore mod manager but without relying on overwolf and has no ads. It also allows you to uninstall dependency mods if you want to debloat. For this case, you can safely uninstall LE since you already have LECore.

So on all LEC custom moons (Etern, Infernis, Acidir), store markets are having trouble rendering for the non-hosts.
Only the host are able to:
- See the rocket.
- Hear the rocket music.
- Interact with the rocket.
- Get notified when the rocket leave.
Extra detail: The items would be floating on air (the same location as if it's not ejected) when the host opens the rocket. Only the host see them drop down, while non-hosts see the items suddenly appear.
So all in all, the market rocket is practically non-existent for other people.
Tho idk if this is casued by LEC or conflict with other mods.

Ahhh thanks for the cross-check. I had this also happen rarely on LLL moons (while it always happens on those moons I listed), so I got confused if it's the moons or the API conflict as the two are custom moons-related.

Idk, but LECore is still incompatible with custom dungeons for 4/6 of my friends everything was fine, but for the other two. The first guy could not even host his own lobby or join us and the other guy was falling trough the map or cliping trough maps walls.
config files and mods were completly the same
custom interios used: the bunker one, scoopys variety mod and SCPDungeon
custom moon mods: KAST and Secret Labs ( SL is not dependant on LECore its dependant on LLL )
I've played with 5 people on custom moons and interiors and whatnot and had no issues with LECore + LLL

Same, mod pack has 5+moons and 4 interiors and no problems so far
if not many mods is not issue ofc. ppl with 60+ mods is many issue from LE/LEC

Could you put the menu in the lethalcore mod to customize the quota when you start a game? because with lethalexpansion I can do that but when I use lethalcore I no longer have that menu.
Another question I have is what is the difference between lethalexpansion and lethalcore?

Hi I have LEcore installed but none of the moons that use it are showing up
It also doesn't show version number on the main menu either
log is showing an NRE when it tries loading
It's some issue with MelonLoader which happens when you just use LethalExpansionCore without LethalExpansion, if you add LethalExpansion it will work (https://github.com/LethalMods/LethalExpansionCore/issues/9)

downgrade LLL to 1.0.7 is what I have found out to work currently
I found a way that will hopefully work by changing the prices in the LLL config, as they default to 0
I do like the customisation in LLL for the terminal organisation so this is good for me

I just assumed it would, but if you change one thing about a moon you have to manually set everything for that moon, and I don't know for example the map size multiplier and outdoor power of every moon
so it was not viable
it doesnt ignore per se but rather regenerates from what I was testing with
if you hide a moon, add in a moon or disable a moon from the catalogue, the config regenerates and adds the current list on top of the previous list of moons
so there'll be like, 2x Kasts in LLL config for example but good luck guessing which one is being used
not even that tbh, it regenerated but it used the previous values I have set in config, I dont use advancedcompany thats true but idk how this realistically wouldnt work
Aww, that new Vulcan moon will only run on latest LE, not LECore -- it loads on Core, but you can't interact with any of the doors

Considering the dev's last comment was 2 months ago it might be safe to guess LEC is likely abandoned or gonna be abandoned, once LLL updates most mods are porting to it anyways
