very convienent mod big fan of starting with an inverse
not sure how hard it is to implement but being able to start with decor would be neat as well

Hey, I used parts of game's code of loading items from save, so it's a bit messy (https://github.com/AndreyMrovol/LethalUnlockOnStart/blob/f1c01e20fe6f86529d4ec16f64ffd52eaba29b35/UnlockOnStart/Patches/NewSave.cs#L59-L83)
The items should spawn inside of a ship in amounts defined in config (in position shown in image)
It seems that don't work on my modpack
I'm hooking Harmony to StartOfRound.firstDayAnimation - maybe there's a mod that also does that π

I've found a culprit: IntroTweaks patches the same method returning true/false depending on config: https://github.com/Owen3H/IntroTweaks/blob/09f35831f167733d6f23e896be50ace492f9b9b9/Patches/StartOfRoundPatch.cs#L1-L12
I'll try to find a workaround (and incorporate it into my mod as well)

I use skiptomultiplayer by flipmods which basically achieves the same thing as introtweaks and no issues showed up. That could be an alternative for those who want to try it.

Hey, the config files have been moved from UnlockOnStart.cfg (one file) to /UnlockOnStart directory (4 files)
I'll check out why LethalConfig doesn't work tho

i tried using introtweaks v1.4.1 lo and behold, same issue as GI
the mod has been updated for v50 π

No, just the new disco ball and suits were missing from their respective categories (they were under Modded lol)

I haven't used this mod before, but does it auto-detect unlockables to add to the config similar to the way furniture lock does? If it does, it saves a lot of time having to manually add compatibility with every requested furniture mod, if it's automatically compatible with all
If Shaosil ever returns I'm sure he could add compat

Looking forward to you adding more furnitures tbh, SmoothReserves is quite bloated and I've noticed a couple of it's furnitures are also unoptimized
I don't need to be ambiguous about it, it's basically just a config that lets you decide how much duplicate of a furniture you want registered, so like you could be multiple walls, up to the certain amount you set in config
I noticed a drop to performance by buying the sofa for example
the thing (that i should but didn't) explain: you need to fully load into the lobby for the config to populate

now there's some issues I'm having, and it's that the duplicates always revert back to the spawn point on reload (furniture lock detects the duplicates, but didn't test if it actually moves them). Also, changing the amount of duplicates mid-game might have issues, but I haven't test that either

I've never had a bug with furniture lock on lobby reloads
I would suspect some weird edge case incompat
It's mainly when you do it on a fresh save I think
Also can the suits bug thing be an incompat with the more suits mod in general?
Without logs, it's hard to know.
Could just be a consequence of something else entirely.
Oh btw @radiant cliff Reloading the lobby also breaks ship windows for some reason

I have the ship upgrades for them disabled and all of them unlocked, idk why all of them disappear when I reload the lobby

Whats happening: when the mod is installed some modded parts of the ship are not working, ship windows are not spawned, suits are not there, modded screens from general improvements dont work etc
I know ive seen a NRE in the console but im not sure if its caused by unlockonstart
This is a normal thing sadly, I've got the mod so I run into this issue alot
This only happens if you create a save, leave it then come back with no progress on it
A work around is deleting that new said save before playing
but still, if mrov can come back a bit to fix that it ll be perfect
Saves that have progress on them should be safe tho
cause rn for me at least its happening every time i create a new save
That's weird
this is why i think its more of a mod conflict than a normal issue
