For me it works fine, but it descreases my framerate :/
only reason I keep this around is because I think the vanilla rim is hideous
It only decreases if you have raindrop effects active, if you disable them it actually increases the framerate compared to vanilla because it doesn't have those cracks that reacts to light
If you have immersive visor with cracks and raindrop disabled you won't have any problems

Unfortunately that config doesn't work as well as a similar one in LCUW. Everyone not on selected aspect ratio will have effects stretched or squished. Problematic when sharing profile.
Hey I'm a bit confused why Immersive Visor is still deprecated, I still actively use it in my modpacks with the resolution of the water and cracks dropped down and blood disabled, I really don't have any issues with it, why is it deprecated?
They just decided not to update it and on some interiors or moons it caused problems and a big explosion in the console

small note - this mod will now require LethalConfig by AinaVT when new release comes out.
This is such a good improvement, if you could allow the vanilla scratches to be there too, then it would be an 20/10 compared to the 10/10 it already is
The whole full visor thing gives a feeling of safety, at least for me who cares a little too much about viewmodel position in games

I mean to be able to use those scratches along with every addition your mod has, unless it's one of those time taking tasks that would hinder you from doing everything else, in which case i can live without the scratches.

Default helmet's texture coordination is quite messed up and texture is rotated side way not being fully visible in vanilla

You said you got an option to configure how close or far the visor is to your face, would it be possible to do the same for the scratches and leave it at that? For people to configure to their heart?
That way one can make sure the scratches take as much or as little vision as they want
I said it thinking it would be easier, so I'd say leave it as the last task if you wanna do it, and put your mind into the most important parts.
I'll try both and show you the result. Since it won't take long and better to get feedbacks from someone who desire it.

If you're talking about the size of the video, I recorded in windowed mode to make the file size less than 50mb.

through the footage the scratches look acceptable to me, maybe because im someone who uses mosaiec shaders on deep rock galactic and doesnt have much standards in terms of texture quality, but still i think it doesnt look that bad, it looks above acceptable.

no, the interior foggy is a rare game mechanic added by Zeekers on the halloween update

Don't think LCVR modifies anything regarding the visor so should be fine
In fact I'd say it would enhance the experience even further cause imagine trudging thru weather in VR
The only one I think there might need to be some checks on is Lethal Elements (v0xx's weather mod) since some of the weathers do have their own overlay effects (Heatwave, and the [in beta] Snow weathers)

Now that I have VR I can just check how it is but can't really promise compatibility

It's pretty cool actually being able to be inside the visor
I might go out of my way to make separate implementation for visor effects (or even helmet model) for VR view. I'll be able to do a bit more since I won't have to worry about dratically different resolutions regarding VR.

HouraiSai(Korean Touhou Convention) I went to made a really big f**k up after event was done (experience was nice). Korean Touhou community got shaken quite a lot since this was the biggest event we ever had. But then someone made fan-made character base on Makgeolli (Traditional Korean rice liquor).
Because ZUN liked it a lot and mentioned it might impact later series in some way. And somehow, this character helped people calming down for a bit and people started making up whole settings for this character. And now I need to draw sprites for it.
This might not make sense to most of you all. I'm sorry. But I have to do it.
Added : Turns out sprite work is going to take shorter than I thought. Work will continue tomorrow.

The visor section is separate from the mouth and nose part, where the mouth and nose part being the oxygen compartment is suctioned onto scavenger's mouth
So all you're getting is dust and poisonous air into your eyes and eitherway, that's not gonna stop the mod from being made or users from using it right?
Oh, the giant hole is there because it's something I bought from artstation for learning long ago. Actual crack's not going to have a huge hole in the middle of it.
I think modded moons like asteroids or space stations, anywhere without air are immersion breaking anyway.
I feel like we donāt have any actual āoxygen tanksā and just a specialised tank to separate toxic gases into oxygen

Realistically nothing should live on the snowy moons since orbiting a white dwarf would make the moon cold enough to freeze the atmosphere into snow, hence why thereās so much snow.
There is the fact thereās living creatures on the moons but they can also spawn on Embrion which lacks a liveable atmosphere and is ādevoid of biological lifeā so itās probably a necessary oversight.
Having the only late game moons exclusively have a few monsters which arenāt fully biological like coil heads or jesters wouldnāt have made for fun gameplay on release.

I've moved from using Post Processing to just messing with material texture and it's taking a while to get the result I want. Mostly because I'm bad with shader. And some personal projects

Their account is probably hacked seeing the message they sent for the last time is over a year ago.

I'm not going to lie, learning shader was much bigger task than I anticipated as someone who don't know much math. So it's not looking great at the moment.
Crack textures and helmet models were done long ago since I knew how to do them, but rain effect is taking me some time just learning to get into it properly.

In this v73 the broken visor no longer fixes itself when going back to orbit (iirc that's a config option)

I was in the military since all Korean men has to be there unless some serious issue in their body. Got kicked out because of my mental problem and now reasigned as a social service personnel few weeks ago. I can probably continue working on this since I'm not locked up anymore.

A cool thing id love to see is the vanilla visor details still present with immersive visor and its effects - e.g. scratches on the visor that are there in vanilla
i would love to have some kind of compatibility too with snow for lethalelements, and more interactions like sand getting into the visor when walking on sand, or an effect for getting in and out of the water

When I try to log in, it sends me to unity web page and I can log in just fine there, but unity hub can't recognize it and put in infinite loop.

i personally didnt like the blood effect, it's a nice idea but i think the large pngs were a bit much
maybe if it could kinda seep into the visor similarly to the raindrops, partially filling some of the cracks in the glass? idk if that'd be too complicated

I ended up just using the compute shader I newly wrote because I couldn't recover old compute shader. But at least I managed to salvage old crack sounds so no manipulating lettuce squeezing sound again.
