seems like i missed that when i was looking for clock mods
just saw all the 24h clocks
that mod has a lot of additional stuff enabled by default (including clock visibility in interiors) that you have to manually disable so i think it's probably fine that this exists as a duplicate without all the other functionality

for the same effect, you can use this mod instead, and disable all the changes in the config except for "FasterUpdate"
