Try resetting shaders

Go into graphics settings in-game and scroll all the way down
after clicking it and confirming restart the game
Once restarting give it a few mins to full compile shaders
if you load in before its complete you might get graphical/texture bugs

if you delete them all they will be rebuilt, performance will be down for the first session or so but should return once they are recached.
