on some quests yes and on others no

any of the ones you know you have completed prior showing that? quests do reset now so just trying to determine your exact issue

so it is normal that some quests after dying appear again (without the first time)

yeah. they are on a rotational system now. so you can have 8/9 quests per location now. once one is complete a new one will appear. if you die you likely fail active quests so new ones can appear. even if they have already been done. I believe it is bugged to an extent

only for rep, xp and pocket change. I focus the 1st time ones.
