Are you on a laptop or pc?

Check the hotspot temp using the hwidinfo both cpu and gpu.

Cpu can also throttle.

Hotspot temp aren’t displayed.

Normally.

Average temp can be low and hotspot can be high.

Gray zone eats you utilization hard especially on your gpu.

And also there is a problem with newer gpu like the 9000 series for amd. I think there’s also other support tickets with similar issues.
