The issue with the quest system in 0.4 is very noticeable, and I see many players complaining about it here and on Reddit.
The idea of making quests replayable is actually great. It helps with farming and allows you to play together with lower-level friends while doing quests alongside them. However, this should be optional, not forced.
The “1st Time” yellow badge is a nice addition, but it’s not enough. Being offered the same quests over and over again, whether main or side, becomes frustrating and completely removes the sense of progression that existed in 0.3.
For example, I’m playing with two friends. We are all Mithras, same level (20), yet we all have different quests available. That simply doesn’t make sense.
Progression itself also feels broken. When I complete a main quest, I should immediately receive the next one in the chain. Instead, I’ve had to wait hours (up to 3 hours and 20 minutes) before getting the next main quest in the same region. Sometimes the only workaround is restarting the game or switching servers.
Replayable quests should be placed in a separate section in the TASKS menu, ideally at the bottom, so they don’t interfere with active progression. Right now, they appear as “Available,” which is misleading and forces players to open each quest just to check if it has the “1st Time” badge.
This results in unnecessary confusion and a poor user experience, especially since already completed quests still show up on the map.
Overall, the current system doesn’t feel good. The UX is not clear, and the gameplay loop suffers because of it.
