Hello i just bought the game today and i got done creating my character and picking my faction and everything then i get to the last screen and click continue and i get a pop up that says ( NETWORK ERROR OCCURRED (0X00010005) CHARACTER CREATION FAILED) anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Hi, there is a known issue during character creation that can occur when the selected username is already taken by another player who is creating a character at the same time. To resolve it, please go back one step in the character creation process and choose a different username. Let me know if that worked please
