Still. Not. Fixed.
Pretty frustrating. I’m glad I now know to clear enemies out before I pick one up but I’m annoyed it happened on this one.

Fixed!

I ended up server hopping a few times and accepted all of my fort narith quests and killed myself to get quests to change. Finally popped up in my quest list last night after completing a few more missions at FN.
