Cash single stacks, so having a wallet in secure container doesn't really make a difference, unless you're coming back with more than 50k? Losing keys has a lot more risk to stopping player progression compared to jewelry, so I think would be reasonable to keep. Jewelry bag that you can stuff 9-12 high value items in safe container would turn loot runs into an extremely low risk game, doesn't sound like much fun.

Credit cards also go into wallets, and medical containers can sit in the safe too. My point is allowing some types but not others is somewhat arbitrary.

Forgot about credit cards in wallets as I only use wallets for storing cash at base, so maybe take those out too then. Just seems like high volume jewelry bag in safe is a step to far, and messes up risk/reward ratio.

I'd rather it be non-purchaseable and a rare item to find in raid to counteract that, because youre not keeping jewelry in your stash so its pretty much just for looting purposes, unlike wallets or key holders

People who are ranking up vulture could have jewelry in their stash until they get to the COP with vulture to sell, so there’s still a use even if jewelry bag cannot go in secure container.

Making the bag 2x2 and then 3x3 open, would make this a better balance for sure.
It would fill the entire basic secure container, and fill a big part of the TAS. Enough where you would not always want to carry it, but could if you were going out for only loot.
