#Firing range ammo vs armour

Here's my only criticism of this - you only need that information once and then we never need to test it again.
And we have some folks that do a great job testing and sharing that info for everyone.
Building out a permanent in-game feature for it feels like a poor investment of dev time.
I beg to differ about the ranges having no real use, but thats got more to do with me settling in for a session or testing weapon builds than anything.
I use it to get my eye in when getting comfortable - how you sit in a chair, freedom of arm/wrist movement, etc. can all impact how quick you can acquire targets accurately, and thus chance of living in a firefight. Firing off a few cheap SP rounds at the range allows you to do that and get the feel of your weapon without getting shot to pieces by a bot.
I think it’s a good idea but probably in later updates? Maybe even battle forge where there’s actually more guns and attachments to play around with
Well it could come at any given point but bsttleforge will be best
Genuinely a good idea it’s something the game will need
But like lead said it ‘’probably for later updates ’’ 🔥
To me personally, I’d love to test everything out especially targets like you mentioned instead of having to go to PvP and recruit someone to be a bullet dummy. We’d definitely get better results that and data that way
Lead?
Lmao 🤣 that’s a first I’m nowhere near leads level though
@wind spoke OP, check this out.

It would even allow you to really see what the armour we wear is capable of
