yeah ended up killin a squad of 3 cuz i respawned right behind them right after they killed me

Not sure how this helps to just try to invalidate someone's experience, but if it is a bug then it should be reported for the devs to look into either way.

i did report it at one point but didnt have a clip and its only happened 1-2 times so its not very reproducible

Absolutely report it, but I don't believe the experience described.

It's happened to me, but my experience now is i want able to respawn there
