#NPCs don't know about lightning..?

While yes, I know that nobody can be struck by lightning in the game (Right now..??) I still find it laughable that npcs will still be outside walking around like nothing is happening during a thunderstorm, and its coming down like a monsoon. I feel like npcs should prefer to stay more indoors/under cover during heavy rainstorms. Could potentially add more close quarters fights, building clearings.
Thoughts..?

This is a great addition.
I agree that this game for the most parts lacks any real house-clearing need.
so rarely do you actually see enemies inside buildings and often it seems (to me) that when you find them inside any building it is because of scripted spawns.

this would also in the future when AI has (hopefully) less predictable spawn behavior, a way to still anticipate AI placement and behavior.

Agreed. I also feel like 95% of my engagements are outside.

Generally speaking, NPCs are not very environmentally aware. We're told that the intention is to make them behave more like players and having different behavior in bad weather would definitely be in line with that.

Yeah, that makes sense. More like the average person.
