Currently the game wants to go harder into PVP so I have an idea to add supply drops.

How would this work?
Players would get a message that in X amount of time there will be a drop at X coordinates.
Eager players could regroup at a given location.

The rewards?
Wanting to encourage players the rewards would have to be really worth it. You could add some precious items, ready-made weapons, armory III++ or even add some unique items like temporary access to a new merchant or even a radio that once after use will give information if any enemies are within 500m.

Thanks to such a form of events there would surely be even more PvP.

Lowkey would be cool if a UNLRA plane dropped humanitarian supplies etc. Then the race to recover it begins. If its makes sense lore wise im in. Even if its just a random selection of stuff, sometimes good sometimes bad. Just shouldn't be common, maybe once per day night cycle max and only on clear sunny days.

I'm not so sure about them creating more PvP, normally these supply drops really end up just turning into a race of whoever gets there first. Maybe sometimes you'll run into a squad, but imo very rarely on other games like DayZ or Breakout do you have consistent PvP around supply drops. Seems like someone is always closer than you and then you're basically getting free gear with no fighting whatsoever and I imagine you want these supply drops to have the best gear.

I came to suggest a version of this. notification 30 minute before supply drop an outpost will receive an air drop and factions must control and defend an outpost until drop. Creating a makes sense scenario.

Once the supply drop is secured, its available for that faction for 3-5 minutes allowing anyone from controlling faction to get a personal supply drop when interacting with the drop promoting team play
