Level II armour is a soft armour against small calibre pistol, any rifle ammo will shred it to pieces.

It's rated against 9mm and Magnum 44, these have much lower velocity. 5.56 and 7.62 have much higher velocity and soft point would go thru it.
Rifle rounds have 2.5-3x more velocity.
